This is just not true. A vaginal smell is caused by a bacterial infection. The only bacterial infections classified as STIs you are likely to encounter are chlamydia or gonorrhea. Both of these will cause an odor. These are both identified with a pee test which a bargirl gets weekly. If the girl has HIV she will not smell. This is a viral infection only detected by a blood test. You will not likely get HIV from a bargirl even if she has it. Urine labs have results within 6 working hours (same day if you do them in the morning). You can get the results online. Make sure to ask them for the instructions while you're there, or you can come back for a physical copy if you forget. If you have symptoms, the doctor will likely prescribe you the antibiotics on the spot without waiting for the lab results.

If you have medical insurance and you plan to file a claim with them, make sure to request a medical certificate from the doctor. Insurance will deny your claim without it.

The doctors only appear to accept cash, but the lab and pharmacy accept credit cards.

Makati Med (MM) is near Ayala Ave and Buendia (aka Gil Puyat). Dr. Echiverri in room 155 is the infectious diseases specialist and a nice lady. Tests for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and herpes II (two tests) will run approx. P15000. Most of the test results are ready by the next day except for one of them (herpes, I recall) which takes three days.
