I will write updated information in this thread which Peter opened, but I have some different preferences with him and rating.

Look : To be 10, girls must be young up to 20 years old. If older than 20, she must look as young and do excellent service. Why young? Aged girls usually do service on her limit even they provide high level of service because of their long-time professional experience.
