Since end of last year Mustafa is in pending investigation. The verdict is expected until end of April.

Already in 2011, there were first indications of underage prostitutes in the apartment. Two raids followed, during which a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old were encountered. Erleniswohnung has a huge amount of fixed cost to pay. With no income how could you manage to pay such huge amount of rent?

He literally rents the whole building from the Ground floor until the top, but It is only levels 3 used for GB party is profitable. The Other rooms are for Venus private apartments which are occasionally used for porn shooting but empty most of the time. From the beginning these Venus private apartments has slowly contribute to the demise of this great GB party. The COVID-19 pandemic is the final nail in the coffin.

Venus private apartment is a bad business from the beginning as he will not be able to compete with FKK and other brothels, hobby huren spread around Berlin coniodering the girl + rent.

I've also had beautiful days and moments there. I'm glad I got that chance before COVID. I will keep replaying these memories in my mind, even writing them down in my journals to keep them alive. But.

I have a strong feeling that it will rise again from the ashes. Whether it would be the ERW or something of a different name or slightly different format, it represents hedonism and this is in the heart of Berlin's culture. Indeed sad. Another venue bites the dust. How glorious it once was. Am now thankful I managed to grab a few days there on the tail end. Let us all hope that from the ashes a new and better venue will rise. Truth be told, ever since relocating from Karl Marx, ERW has had a slow demise. This was just the final nail. Barring further unfriendly legislation, ERW’s closing could be the shake up that the GB scene needed. Will now keep an eye on the main Berlin thread to see how things pan out.
