Need Liaza's latest cellphone number, taxi driver calls her, she directs him to location, using local language. Problem always was. Taxi drivers not knowing the place. More so now with name change. Suggest you use old name in addition to new one.

Frustrating, when you have attractive girls, but cannot take them with you, then and there. 'Tomorrow' is not good enough for me. High attrition rate with that m. O. Too.

Liza has a different idea of fun, to me, LOL.

They have added a live band and the lead singer is quite the spinner with a Daisy Duke outfit on and Medusa-like hair! The night I stopped in there were about a dozen GRO'S most with above average looks.

This place is a little difficult to find. Located in Mandaue, about a five minute walk from the Metro Park hotel. Tell the cab driver to head for MANPARK Cemetary and never ever try to go here during All Saints holiday. Shot many photos but I'm only including the signage, to protect the innocent. They have a FB page.

You might think you have the upper hand because you have the money and she's poor but it's the other way around. I know a guy that tried it, and in the end cost him several hundred thousand php to make the fake charges disappear. Pay her the agreed upon price, send her on her way, and find someone else.

-So according to the OP barfining a GRO is not the way to go to get NSA company. Many guys (myself included on occasion) barfine and usually have very good experiences. Sure there can be "issues" when you barfine but that's just the way things go sometimes.

I will share my experience from last visit In Cebu.

1. Massage.

My first idea was some massage parole. Because you can't be sure that you have something more then simple HJ at the end, I read this forum and chose the places with guaranty of BJ as "happy ending" Massage 4 You.

Taxi driver have some problem to find the place, but I didn't expect what I will see.

This place is total shithole. It's like Russians *house for truck drivers in deep Siberia (dirty room with box made of material curtain. It's take me 10 second to turn around and move out quickly. This place have good review on this site, but it is (very) low standard place for some brave (and desperate) man.

2. Clubs (Sister's, Planet X, Viking's etc).

I went in all this club (7 or 8). They are very close one from another.

In my opinion it isn't best option if you looking for some lady companion.

First of all, When you enter the club (no meter which one) it's Open Season for hunting and you are the walking target.

Because you pay upfront, in my opinion it is not best option. In my experience, the girls try best before money change hands. When you (already) pay, your only leverage is tips at the end. That's why I recommend point 3.

3. Girls outside J. Ave.

In this place situation change. You're on the hunt, and girls are (easy) target. It's easy, because almost all of that girls sitting outside looking for companion. The price is about 2,500 (you can negotiate).

Why it's better then looking in the Clubs inside.

A) You can look freely, no drinks to buy (as entry ticket), no hidden cost.

B) When you find some companion, you can speak with her and try to negotiate (what you want, how much it will cost you etc). There is no fix price, no "bar fee".

C) You can pay at the end. You have control on that meeting. For example, when my companion try to play "you pay for only one shot", I play the same game "you try renegotiate our agreement, OK- I can renegotiate the money". It's working.

Choice (selection) of girls in my opinion they looks more amateurish than those in clubs.

There is only one danger Ladyboys. Some of them look magnificent, and it is really easy to make mistake.

Face, boob's, figure, hair, timbre of voice there is no clue, there look and speak like girl. Choose wisely.

Only 2 hours or so from Cebu from the port, pricing is fairly cheap also.

Irony Monger did some good FRs in 2013 on Ormoc and hotels, doubt if much has changed.
