Ever since Silver Dollar bar moved and then closed down I agree the bar scene in Cebu sucks. The Mango bars are way overpriced and the selection is not good. Seems as though the Koreans have cornered the market on any beauties. If I didn't have some regulars there with big tits I would never go there. Hey all, noticed the last post referencing Liv or J-Ave is from about this time last year; are those spots and the surrounding club scene enticing enough to warrant a visit from Manila?
