Anyone been to the Silver Dollar lately? Any busty ones thre? I've had some good finds there and I like that it is open early afternoon. Thanks for any replies. I'll be in Cebu City 8 - 10 Nov in case anyone wants to meet up for some San Migs and swap stories. Thanks.

The closest you get to quality in Cebu or anywhere in Phils is a college educated upperclass GFE. Just because you pay more for a hooker does not mean you will not get scammed or STDs. Any monger who thinks otherwise is quite naive.

Anybody who lives in or knows Cebu well, will say the same.

But his handle suggests he likes that pay grade. Many (if not all) of those Cheapy FRs about I would not touch with a tungsten tipped barge pole. Shabu heads, scammers etc. For sure you may end up losing something or catching a dose or both.

As for prices those quoted are low, more trending upwards and why do guys who spend thousands to get her then spend so little. If you hang around Ayala a few FLs there will do you for those prices but having seen who they go with I again would not get near them.

Paying higher tends to mean better quality, repeats (IMHO) and what is a few extra dollars when some have spent a lot to get there?

Chuckle. She was a well known freelancer, not just any FL. I've sat in those seats myself, but it was a bit later and no waiter was available (nor necessary) to finalize my indiscretions. I would suggest 2 k (or less) as a final nego target, but it depends on the day, the lady and the westerly winds.

I went to Mango Square for the first time last night around 10 pm. I guess it was a little early, not to many WG. Pretty soon many girls around but it was hard to tell WG from civvies going to the night clubs. I sat down at the first bar on the left with out door seating. Had a beer and let the waiter do the brokering for me. He brought up a few girls and I picked one out for 3000 LT. At least I had some assurance she was known around there and not just any FL walking around. Looks 7. 5 service 9. The WG tip the waiters a fee. Great system! Just sit and have a beer and he brings them to you.

They are nasty shabu heads for the most part! Stay away from them unless you love to root around the bottom of the barrel, get brought up on charges or set up for a scam payday.

I did one of the bartenders out of there but actually met her on DIA. If you cut a deal, 1000 p would probably.

Do it. Don't pay 1500 p. That's a Manila rate. Cebu is always cheaper.

Plus, girls around National Book Store (2 blocks away) can go for 700 p.

Thank you for your reply. I don't think they are freelancers be / see they are tending bar, bringing you drinks, etc. So, there is no barfine in Gecko, it's up to the customer and a girl to negotiate fair price?

Umm, I hate to burst your bubble, but not every Filipina that works in a bar is willing or able to be barfined. Some just work there di ba. So just because a Filipina works in a bar does not in any way make her a GRO, and when it comes right down to it even if she is a GRO they still have the choice to go with a customer or refuse.

As far as El Gecko is concerned, they used to have regular Filipina bar staff, then for awhile the bar had GRO's that could be barfined. The morality crackdown on CC area bikini bars a few years ago (and all bars are still monitored closely) convinced the bar to end official GRO's status in the bar. I agree with Matt er Rick about the freelancer thing. Some of the GRO's still hang around the bar, but most will only go with customers that are known. It never hurts to ask a Filipina that works there if she will go with you, because you never know. Just be respectful.

Personally I would sit at the bar and start a conversation with one of the expat guys and ask him what's the deal with the Filipinas if you're not sure. IMO do not mention barfines! Just ask if the staff can be dated / taken out of the bar. Local PNP have been targeting bars where the staff agrees to be barfined. Some NGO's are using foreigners to enter bars with hidden cameras to trick GRO's and bar staff into discussing barfines and any promised sexual escapades.

So just be cool and you can figure out if the Filipina you like can be yours, if not go back to the hotel and rub one out, or jump on DIA and find someone else.

Thanks! Anything under 1500 P is fine with me. As long as it's nothing crazy like in those clubs around there where barfine is 2000-5000.

I kinda guess it is taboo to talk about this cause most western guys are protective against any negative comments that might come their way.

Just saying El Gecko as a place I won't sit down in anymore and as another guy pointed out here, those guys in there are the typical "borrow"/ steal. So also as I had the experience with my first beer there, the girl in the bar probably thought I was one of those typical alcohol-likers going there, when she grabbed it and replaced it with an empty bottle. I just wiggled my head a little and left quickly after. Opposite to the thieves in the bar I paid full price for that 1/4th of a bottled beer I drank.

What exactly happened? You were drinking a beer and the barmaid took the bottle out of your hand and gave you an empty one? Was your bottle on the counter / table unattended? Did your beer come with a foam beer holder and did you remove the holder? That's usually is a sign you want another beer. Did you pay for your beer when you ordered or did you start a tab?
