Next week, I am flying to Cebu for 5 nights and am staying at Mandarin hotel.

I would hit some clubs at night such as Liv, Oqtagon to pick up FLs and have massages during the day time eating at Ayala malls.

However, for 1 or 2 days I would like to give a shot to pick up freelancers during daytime and since J avenue is closed where I can go to pick up FLs or seek for day time actions.

Can you please tell me where the good places are for fishing FLs and do they have any day-time bars to barfine like AC?

In addition, as far as I know the price for S / T is 1000 1500 peso and L / T is for 2500 3000 peso. Is this correct?

Freelancers can be found at Ayala Mall around Bos Coffee on the terraces from about 11 am. S / T 1000 - 1500 and L / T 1500 - 2000. Make eye contact and smile. If the gaze is reciprocated make your move. Be wary of LBs.

Just went to the new J Ave in Mandaue after two very disappointing DIA date (lots of eating, just a few kissing, many sms, but no sex) . It was like Gangnam or new Seoul, full of Koreans in their 20's. No space for me there, I won't ever come back there, so different from the J Ave I remember in Mango.

I will give Cebu one last day, then I'll run away.
I'm so unlucky WR is not reading my PM, my fault to write him last second...

LOL WR is reading but been on planes but we are in contact OTR.

Never do bars and DIA can take time and when a few days DIA can be very good or just awful!

Excellent reply! LOL. I not asking about the discos but the FLs who did hang around there in big packs. Those chicks never went into the discos. And the area in Mandaue is not really to compare with Mango and all the little pubs and shops to hang around.

JAve was and is full of young Koreans so I would sit outside watch the eye candy as they pop out for drinks etc at times and sat down.

Plenty clubs around but some last a few months. Went to basic once and was quiet .

Been there 4 months ago. It was ok to find plenaty FLs. But heard from reliable sources from the ground now that the gathering area in front of the clubs is dead. Deserted. No FL there anymore. Mango in general a sad area now. Only old hogs and LBs.

So. I've left cebu yesterday. And been to mango square a couple of times. The 1st time uber drobbed me on the other side of the street. I didn't know where's the square. Then there was this lady mid 30's was waving at me and calling me. She knew that I was looking for the clubs. We crossed the street and she told me that she wants a beer I said why not. But wasn't intending to take her because she wasn't the prettiest and also I wasn't looking to take someone with that night. She was talkative and when she realised that I'm not going to take her she said something about her phone and wants 350 . I said fine I'll tip you. She tried to walk to the clubs with me then she told me that she'll wait for me tomorrow. I was like what LOL.

The 2nd time I was there I stayed outside the club ordered a beer then there's this lady came up to me and said something o don't remember them she sat down. Was kinda old and one of her teeth looks bad. She wanted a beer then her friend came too "I'm pretty sure that she was a ladyboy " and started talking and trying to convince me to go with her. She asked probably 30 times. And my response was the same. Then they kept telling me to go inside and to dance. I don't what's that about. I gave her a top to shut her up and to leave me alone. The 1st one as soon as she had her beer she slept!

About the clubs. Hmm I tried all of them. Probably holic was the best in all of them. Still not that good.

No need to fret as J Ave has opened a second location in Mandaue and the party has moved there including all the FL's. Refer to their FB page.

Monastery has been closed for at least six months and it was a great place to drink craft beer and see live music. But not really known as a FL bar. Pity it has closed.

Shows how often I go to the hills as the traffic to get there is IMHO not worth the bother and staying in and around 'sea level' is much better. When I lived in that area I head driving there is why I won't live Nivel ever again.

You won't have time to build up relationships over web sites etc unless you start now and say at am in Cebu week of. Who would like to meet me at then filter the replies and chat / cam with the prospects to eed out LBs etc.

There are a few clubs around but LIV, MO2 are nice. If in the hills near Maro Polo there is Monastery but also much depends on what day you are there are these places are generally busy weekends. Go there weekdays there is still some people partying but is quiet.

And some of the FLs are really office girls / uni students so you need a game plan.

Lots of variables in this for a 2 day trip and for some is easy to hang around Mango and the bars. But be careful sammers etc as plenty there.

The rest of the complex was a mess. If you're rode the escalator up you'd find empty shops. When there was a business, it would be gone six months later. Neighboring hotels suffered from the noise.

Cebu is booming for better or worse.

The pinoy behind JAve is / was a prominent councillor with whom I have had dinner with a few times. He has also appeared in the press many times so I will ask him and PM you when I find out. If it is juicy of course.
