Gentlemen,

Just back from my trip to Cebu. I didn't have too much time in this city myself, but I did have Cali from Masaji Spa come over to my hotel.

A Nuru Massage was something that had been on my wish list for a long time. Cali did her best, she came with a large backpack and in no time my hotel room was turned into a spa.

Unfortunately I really couldn't enjoy the massage. I was so cold (even though the oil was wonderfully warm) and I didn't get warm anymore, at the end we finished the Massage in the shower. Cali wanted to meet on other days outside for her working hours, had still some texts with her but it never happened. If you choose an extra P3000 for Cali, you can do everything.

I stayed at Quest a while back. A church uses the hotel's function room for Sunday morning services and possibly Saturday night. When I was there they had some kind of dinner function on Saturday night. Quest really screened the quests then. My non church going guests were given the twice over even though they had ID's.

Mandarin is a nice hotel. All rooms have big king beds. Bathrooms with tub and toiletries. Free breakfast for two. If you do not check in with a girl they give only one BF coupon. This can be rectified anytime by showing them I. D. card of your companion. So all girls get free breakfast if they stay the night. Does not matter if different girls each night.

Last time in October they started checking I. D of all visitors. All need to have police I. D. School I. D or any other I. D is not acceptable. Girls tell me police I. D takes only couple of days and costs approximately 200 pesos. Having said that one girl just came to my room without being checked. I guess it depends on the security guard on duty. Two of my girls were refused entry.

Mandarin maybe owned by Korean or Chinese. Lots of nice eye candy Korean visitors. Mandarin is next to quest and walking distance to Ayala. Very good rates on Agoda.

I'm going to be in Cebu in a few weeks. What what cities would you recommend?

I I recommend dalaguete ocean bay resort and alcoy area. I am not a diver except muff diving but ocean bay resort in dalaguete has divoning. Its not really a mongering destination so bring aone from cebu city or lapu lapu. I did get lucky with a local there but it takes time to find.

While on the topic of "dump" places, the first day I was in Collonade mall I was approached by two girls I would rate as a six. I did not pursue and I just don't see it as a dump. It is different from Paris or New York but charming in its own way. Just a pain to find a taxi.

This is what I don't like about all these forums.

What I said is my experience. If you like the dump of Pune and have personal experience there, go there, or to the dumpier places of the world. If Cebu is what you call luxury, go settle there.

Its a pub. You can order drinks and food and listen to the DJ-music. You can buy the waitresses an overpriced drink. And if you can sweet talk, she may follow you after her shift. But no barfine system. More details just google their website.
