That was the building that collapsed earlier in the construction phase. Was rumors of poor workmanship etc. I am doubtful if the core structure is strong enough to handle the size of the building. I would therefore be reluctant to stay there.

You could try around Ayala? But maybe prices are not what you would like and there are a few other condos buildings completed close to Ayala if looking for rental.

Whoever, some rentals tend to be a minimum of 6 months. Short terms is available in some places but need to ask or airbnb?

Just not my experience at Ayala and I would be wandering around there at least 3-4 days a month. You get the ladyboys and older women hanging around the base of the escalators in Ayala terraces near Starbucks.
