I learned Spanish in six months looong time ago. The trick is to frequently travel to Colombia to practice with friends and not just working girls!

I am not an expert on either Colombia or Cebu but those are my main hunting grounds these days. PI has Manila, AC and Cebu, those are the places I am familiar (excluding Manila). AC and Cebu are not beach towns but have beach towns nearby. AC has Puerta Galera and Cebu has Bantayan, Bohol and Moatball. I have been to both Bantayan (definitely BYOG) and Puerto Galera, (has it's own bar scene, no need to BYOG). There are lots of reports on these places so you should find them and take notes. Both these places (PG and Bantayan) are special places worth a visit of a few days, no longer than that for me.

AC is the Costco of bars and sex, w / easy pickings for any guy. To me though the ladies are average, in the 5, 6.7 category. The stunners are hard to find but fun to hunt for, nonetheless. BF prices in the bars from $25 up to who knows. Should be happy for the night for around $60 for 1 lady. Puerta Galera is a 2 hr. Bus / 2 hr. Boat ride away (4 hrs. Total) worth the effort. It's a divers paradise w / a small quaint beach town feel (Sabang). The bargirls there are warm and friendly and I heard the prices have gone up. Lots of little beaches to go to by renting a boat w / a driver for about $20/30 for a 1/2 day.

Cebu has the lookers IMO. There are fewer places to hunt but both times I have been to Cebu I have been impressed w / the cebuanas. The prices are higher than in AC, last November 2000p BF plus tip for a bargirl but they were hot looking stunners for the most part. One problem w / Cebu is the Korean guys get special treatment and it can get in the way of the fun, but I had no problem getting what I wanted eventually. The Colombiana can drink you under the table and then REALLY FUCK YOUR BRAINS OUT. If I could only go to one place it would be Colombia, easy decision.

The cost on the ground in both Colombia and PI are (in my experience) very similar. In an AC BJ bar what, $15 for a 5 to blow you. In a Colombian Casa. 30 minutes (w / an 8 or 9) $18, w / a beer $19. 50. Very similar EXCEPT to the eye. In Colombia, $18 to fuck a beautiful model and that's why I am so freaking happy all the time. Just a little update from a 2 day trip to cebu. A little freelance scene can be found at the burgerbar "Friday" in Ayala Mall. Have a few beers ad smile at the girls passing by and company should be easy. Went to the Mango Square scene, which I had not been to for 5 years. The Viking seemed way bett erthan it was years ago. Nice relaxed vibe and a lot of 9-10. Different vibe at Papillion, Better music there if you ask me. Prices are 3000 at Papilion and 3300 in Viking incl. Barfine. Its located in the parking cellar of the hotel and is impossible to find without asking the guys out in from of the hotel (or asking in the recpetion)

In fact the bar scene has changed little in the last 30 years. The bar scene has changed in Manila because of the closing of the Mabini bars, but here in Cebu, the scene has remained stable since 1983. In Manila, the infamous Major Lim decided that the thriving clubs and bars needed to be closed and systematically started having his goon police start a series of raids which over time forced the closing of those clubs. This changed the scene in Manila but here in cebu city, there has always been a small, vibrant number of bars. However, the best action here has always been how easy it is to meet regular girls, and in my humble, and probably biased opinion, the girls in the southern Philippines islands are the most beautiful of them all.

The club scene and bars are 2 different things here in Cebu, to me the disco clubs have not changed, but the bars have suffered even arena says there is no bar fine, they have stopped the nudity, so explain how that is the same.

This is a work in progress, because I am still in manila and having a fucking good time.

I spent my fist week in Cebu and I am traveling alone. On my first full day I go to the girlie bars to re acquaint myself with what is around.

I am staying at the Crown Regency Towers so my local is the Silver Dollar. I have read some negative info about this place but in my limited experience it is as good as any bar in Cebu. A big plus is this bar opens at 1 pm, while the rest open at 7 or 8 pm. If you are looking for a new day time hook up this place may be your best option. The second shift starts at 4 pm and finishes at 1 am.

In the "mango square' area there are some clubs and a few hundred meters away a cluster of girlie bars which many here know well. Pussy cat / lovecity / papillon / dimples / red lips / viking / eric / planet x etc. Over the week I visit all of them and I can make the following generalizations.

The average girl I met was about 22, 5ft1, 40 kg, has 1 child, pretty. 600 facebook friends and a beautiful smile. Overall I found the girls are good fun but I did have some poor experiences.

I wonder if Min notices this and when we get into the elevator she comes out with 'sometimes I just hate myself'. Turned out she was what some would call an 'emo' but in my drunken stupor I did not give her much consolation. Actually I was quite sympathetic to her feeling, but I would learn many times that if you give these girls some heart they can just as easily take advantage of it.

Back in the bedroom she and I just go to sleep without any communication. We wake up 3 or 4 hrs later for some hip grinding and after that neither of us could get any more sleep.

When paying her I gave 2, 000p. It was shown to here as a 1000 note with 2x500 notes inside. She could not possibly know how much I gave her, but nodded anyway and said it was ok.

My view of this is this, the bars that have a mandatory min of drinks the barfine is priced at 1700+750= 2450, the bars that done the bar fine is 2000, and it would take on avg 2 drinks at 200 each to determine if you are compatible with her. 2200, and there are other bars whewre the girls were wanting 3000, so like the other poster mentioned the expats or regulars who don't get charged that 750 are already buying prob 750 in drinsk for the mamsan or the owner or their fav bar girls anyway, so it not worth geting ruffled about over <20usd.

It just like in the AC thread guys are getting upset about xyz overpaying, but if for example I take a girl for 1500, then I take her bar hopping, take her to dinner at a italian place take her to the movie and I spend 1000, which is never reported, but if I was to take her to the hotel and we have a relaxing night watching tv and fucking, then I report that I tipped her 1000, then I'd be flamed as being someone who is ruining the market. The girls would rather have a extra tipp than being dragged around to places they don't really enjoy anyway.

Mutantchicken I was wondering which mango bars are enforcing this mininum 750pesos lady drink policy with the barfine. Surely it must be the bars only trying this to newbies. I'm sure expats living there don't have to pay this minimum lady drink policy. Maybe some foreigners living there can enlighten us about this.

The guys who have been around for awhile and are known to the girls, the mamasan and-or the owner (either one or all) do not have to pay a drink minimum to barfine. Granted we are usually the ones to sit and buy a few LD's and shoot the shit while watching the girls on stage anyways. From what I heard this new policy is there to stop the 'cheap charlie' guys who come in and stand at the stage to inspect the girls close up or they request a line-up and choose the girl without ever sitting down, ordering a drink or talking to the girl. Now those guys have to pay-up.

If you're a newbie expect to be asked to buy drinks and sit awhile. Some places do not care if you buy three drinks for three different girls. Just make sure to ask a few questions before awarding a few LD's as many BG's have turned into drink sluts who are there for the drinks but refuse to barfine. Do not award a girl who is only there for conversation. Bargirls are there to be barfined!

Thank you for your good info. I have been to Cebu and A / see fields and agree with all that you say. I would add. If I met a girl in A / C it would be a long time before I would come to think she was not, is not and has not been a bar girl. In cebu I think there is a good chance to meet normal girl while out and about. Now somethimes you do with out the freak with the normal girls. Lots of I have never done that. Yester day I tried the girls on colon out of the 3-4 there one was a 6. 5,7 in the room as she was a girls prob 90 pounds with with be-see cips, over all a great fuck everything you could ask for and cost me 500+100 tip took about 1hr to get the deed done. I am now in AC and so I will give a brief comparision between cebu and AC, ill qualify that I'm a budget minded guy, I don't drink and I'm her to have sex with attractive girl, I'm not here to impress girls with my money or status, Chinese-australian, and I have been told I'm reasonably attractive but who knows what thats means lets say I'm not ugly as narcistic as that sounds.

Accomodation.

Cebu is slightly more expensive as in cebu I was paying 1500 for a similar room in ac that I'm paying 1000.

Daytime activities.

Cebu is a tad bit closer to the beaches etc and has more cultural sites but most guys are going for sex holidays so I don't thinks thats much relevant, you can mall hunt and DIA meet in cebu, in AC the DIA girls tend to be working in the bars anyway so not exactly easy to find college girls etc. Both have malls in which to watch movies, BUt on the flip side cvebu has the BJ bars and perimiter road bars that open up early as opposed to the 8pm opening times of cebu bars.

Bargirls.

The girls in cebu tend to be more slimmer and fairer, so in a average bar in cebu I would be be able to say thats 50-60% ie 4-5 out of the 10-15grisl working would be attarctive for me, BUT in AC I would go in a bar and see only 5-10% of the girls being adequately attractive so the bar could have 30girls and I'd say onlly 1-2 would be worth the effort. In AC much more fatter girls with stretch marks that I find more unttractive than darker skin, and generally the ages are older in AC. But the sheer number of girls in AC allows to to bottom feed hunt, looking for that diamond in the rough, which could be a activity to pass the time. The large number of bars is also another positive because in cebu there were only 5-6 bars in which I found the girls to be attractive and asked for a reasonable price ie lessthan 3000, so after tou have takes 1 girsl from each of those bars, I found myself in the position where othergirls from the same bar refused my interest based on their own code of "bros before ho's", so even if you have girls you are interested in the same bar you will not have the possibility of tasted the second girls.

Bar costs.

In cebu the drinks were generally 65, the lady 150-200, bar fines based on what you can get away with paying the least is about 2200-2500. Ie the barfine and min LD drinks bought. In AC it is a bit more deceptive, perimeter road is 65 drinks. 120 ld. 1000-1500 in bar fines but I think you would be hard pressed to find girls attractive enuff, fields ave bars, the drinks were 95 ld 150-300 and barfines 1800-3000, but I tink given the tendancy you would get a girl on avergafe for 2000.

So I'm my view when you factor in averages the price would be similar to cebu and AC tho if you look at min pricing then AC is cheaper.

In my mind AC is where you can go purely for sex, ie the pay the minimum for a girl regardless of looks, but you have more chances to find diamond, and you can stay longer without encountering the two girl blockage.

Cebu is where you go if you want to put in the time and effort to find a "normal" girl or to find hassle free attarctive girls without having to hit 5-6bars looking for that special girl

I would like to preface this post firstly by thanking all past posters for the background info and whilst the utilisation of of all this information can be of questionable success nevertheless I would to express my than ks and gratitude.
