Dear Sir can you please RTFF. It would save alot of time if you did your own research and narrowed down your choices and asked specific questions. Your posts sound highly unrealistic and to me (I could be wrong) this seems like your first International excursion and probably your first sortie into the monger realm.

Just to clarify things. Cebu does not have white sand close to the city. You will have to travel 1. 5hrs+ outside of Cebu City to places like Moalboal, Bantayan Island ect or take a fast craft ferry to Bohol to find a nice beach. Most of those places are usually BYOG.

For an Internationally rated 4 or 5 star resort around Cebu expect to pay 100-400USD+ per night for a resort located on the water with some sand. Only a handful of real 4 and 5 star resorts around Cebu. If you want to stay at a resort on the cheap expect to pay 60-100USD per night for something that even some locals will refuse to stay at.

Enjoy Cebu, but looking at your long list of absolutely picture perfect paradise prerequisites, Cebu is not for you.

You have a vision in your head of all the wonderful things waiting for you. The sexy women who will do anything you want at the drop of a hat and only demand a kiss as payment. There are the pure unspoiled white sand beaches. There are the amazing resorts that cater to your every whim and request. They have a crystal clear pool, amazing turquioise water all around the resort with no other guests in sight. A room with a huge king sized bed flat screen and a glass shower in the cr that fits four comfortably. The rate is 20USD per night! The front desk staff always tell you how sorry they are for overcharging and provide you with endless free drinks to help ease your pain. As you sit under the shade of a large tree on the beach you have one filipina feed you fruit and two more give you a nice slow body massage. Hmm, this can be had in the Philippines? YES it's out there. Just be prepared to pay ALOT for it.

The reality of your trip is something closer to this. You arrive at the airport and step off the plane. The AC in the terminal is not working and you are sweating buckets. You wait for a taxi and the driver 'forgets' to turn on his meter and suddenly the taxi ride that should of been 150p becomes 500p. You arrive at the hotel and your room smells like mould and there are no fresh towels. The view from the hotel is a concrete wall of the next building. The DIA girl who seemed so into you on the internet isn't returning your calls and when you finally talk to her she tells you her auntie needs her to babysit and she is unavailable. The same kind of result from DIA girls number two, three and four. When you step out on the streets of Cebu you are shocked at all the garbage, street kids, pollution and fast food outlets. You finally get a DIA contact to come stay with you and she bangs you silly. Just what you needed! You decide to switch hotels to a resort on a beach the next day. You book and pay for a 5 day stay in advance but your girl reveals the first night she is now on her period and she wants her family members to come swim for the day and stay for the buffet dinner. She explains it's just three family members and you give the ok to your girl, but fourteen people show up.

While all those things might not happen to you, they are all real possibilities. Adjust your expectations. Strongly suggest you RTFF and find a few posts by members who recently made there first trips to the places you want to visit. See if there expectations became reality or if there trip turned into something very different.

Good advice.

If you want the beach go to BORACAY. Despite what people say there is action to be had there but you will need to go look for it at Station 1. What you want is to stay at Station 2 but go out at bars / discos around Station 1 where lots of locals and local tourists hang around.

Probably the best person to talk to then. Where in South America do you live? What would you say is the price difference between Cebu and SA? If I'm looking for a beautiful beach, cheap food and hotels (to an extent, I want a nice 4 star to a 5 star, but out of the cheaper ones) and best placed to do other things along side mongering? I'm once again considering Thailand, but I preferred Philippines because they speak english.

Oh wait I know you too, but we never talk about mongering out side cebu so you never told me what you prefer?

I had a quick look and I have never been to south America, the one guy I know who has been to both said he prefers Thailand, no one can decide for you where you are going to be happy. You also have not posted really what you want, at 24 I would visit here as I wish I came here at 24 I would have moved earlier.

If you like the drugs then skip Asia, my friend likes his drugs but still preferred Asia.

I don't know if you read the right posts, they were very lengthy and detailed. To keep it short and sweet, I prefer Latinas.

However.

I want to visit somewhere I get the most for my money, cheapest hotels & women, that's of decent quality or better, with a good white sandy beach clear seas. Somewhere you can live like a king, get good p*ssy, and have a nice beach to kick back on.

It's out of Colombia & Costa Rica or Cebu.

Bear in mind I'm British so the currency is ore favourable than the American dollar so to speak. For three weeks I'll have around 4,000$

I was told to find the wise words of Mortman, as I am weighing up the pros and cons of visiting Cebu or South America.

I would be very grateful if you could advise me on a few things as you seem to have a lot of knowledge on Cebu, I'm not sure where else you may have visited, but if you have visited South America, Colombia in particular, that would be a bonus.

Thanks for the report. Yes, get their number or Facebook contact etc etc asap, it seems the way you described, she was perfect. Besides, she was been approached many times by other guys as well. In my experience, non-filipina looking but filipina nonetheless with other Asian / European feature girls don't stay in the market for long, they move on, never to be caught again. Its just once in a while we encounter these species. It seems local Filipino dudes too are after them.

Your post brought back memories of my encounter with a Japanese looking Filipina girl, who was incredibly beautiful, her father was japanese though, her mother worked in japan then came back to PH (presumably, she would have been a WG there) and she had been to Japan few times, and could speak good japanese, In my naivety, as it was my first trip to PH, I thought these kinda girls are a norm rather than exception in PH.

I didn't bother asking her number etc and I still regret to this day, she was a keeper, I did everything possible to get her back after realizing, these kinda girls are rare in PH. But alas, she was gone for ever.

There are quite a few members who post here that probably can give you a better insight than me into Cebu, as some of them live here. I am on vacation in Cebu at the moment and haven't got time to start reading back through your posts to give you the answers you need, it is hard enough finding time to add my own posts.

Or you could retry posting your questions, but please do try and do some research first there is a ton of information already posted but it does take a lot of time and effort to do so.

I personally have never been to South America, the furthest I ever got there was Mexico, so sorry I cannot be of any help to you there.

I don't mean to sound unhelpful I just want to enjoy my time here without wasting time going back to find your posts, read through them and compose answers.
