I met Frenzy3 (and his GFs) about a month ago and he was very gracious to me. I doubt he has much to worry about from PB "taking" his girlfriends away from him but people like him could make Frenzy wary about meeting board members as he has done in the past. That would be too bad.

I'm sure that Prison Break is only one in a long line of undesirables who will hope to hustle some of Frenzy3's cuties. If Frenzy had read back on this guy´s previous posts he would have been warned off.

I like to think a members contributions over time shape who and what that person is all about, and one can generally get a good idea if another senior member is the type of guy you want to get to know and meet based on his contributions or lack thereof.

Thanks for that post Stroker. You've just confirmed every bias I have against meeting those who send me PMs but who have never contributed a single substantive post. I've met a few really upstanding guys from this board, and they're all people whose posts I have read and enjoyed over the years. Conversely, I've made the mistake once or twice of meeting people who were new to the Philippines, and whom I thought I could help. It did not usually turn out well, and for that reason I now avoid such contact.

I've never met Frenzy, but I have friends who have enjoyed his company. I hope he can merely ignore the mindless, and snytatically questionable post.

In the past I would go out of my way to help newbies and write long PM's full of advice, but no more.

I had one guy ask me a billion and one questions before his cherry trip and I answered most of them. I was in Cebu at the time and he was scheduled to arrive in a few weeks. He told me all kinds of bola that he was so grateful for the advice and he would pay for drinks and dinner when he arrives in Cebu. Whatever, I am not looking for freebies but agreed to meet. We meet and go out for a few drinks and I bought a few rounds. The guy never offered to buy me a drink and then tried to get his barfine put on my tab. When I told him to get lost he had the nerve to ask if he could borrow a few thousand pesos. I paid for my drinks and walked out on the worthless sack of donuts.

Yeah, I'd definitely be interested. I too have just got back from Cebu and spent four nights going to the bars. I didn't get round to going to Sisters though for some reason (wasn't too impressed two years ago). I barfined from BG's, Viking and Erik the Red but I was also impressed by Planet X, Lone Star, Pussycat and Red Lips. I didn't bother with the other high-price bars next to Pussycats.

I agree it's annoying that there are so few actually dancing and most of the girls are sat in the shadows. It can work quiet well though if you work out the best place to sit when you arrive at a bar, near the non-dancing girls (I scored a stunner, one of the girls of my trip, at Viking in this way). Pressure for lady-drinks seems to be minimal except for Planet X where once again I got swarmed by girls and a waitress would appear within 3 nanoseconds asking if I would like to buy them all a drink.

I asked a number of questions on this forum a couple of months ago so I will post a full report with photos soon, to thank everyone for their help.
