I try to talk to people that I do not know politely, but like talking to friend, and as you said it is legal, plus above all, it is better to be honest than lie in most cases like this, so! Yes but the problem here is that it will add the days,overnight cost, the transportation cost. Say you aim to go to NRW. If you are arriving in Berlin for instance or worse for in another countries, you will need to add the hours, you might lose one day, cost for travelling, the overnight stay in the place where you do not intent to stay.
Not to mention you might get a more expensive flight ticket.

Use different ports of entry / exit and just say you are on holidays. If you enter EU through France or Spain, no question will be asked. Both Frankfurt and thesseldorf customers ask a lot of questions. Not so much in Munich or Berlin. Christmas market in December, Oktoberfest, summer holiday seasons between June and August are all legitimate reasons to visit Germany. Prepare an itinerary including Germany, Austria, Spain and / or Switzerland. They are all good places to combine monger and site seeing.

Hopefully these days Mr. Ho travels with a trusty ATM card from a bank that reimburses all foreign transaction fees LOL! Mr. Ho never did advise us of why he was stopped and questioned in the first place.

No, I still travel with good old cash, I choose to be low tech as high tech often fail on me and raise my stress level, old school you know LOL! But I do have good memories with airport staffs at airport, they are always kind and polite and even do me a favor!

This trip, I was in Vienna, and I had like 3 euro 10 cents left in coins of euro and since coins cannot be exchanged, I wanted to use it and I was thirsty, so I decided to buy water that was like 3 euro 60 cents and I was missing about 50 cents or something like that, so I went to cashier and the guy look like a serious Balkan or middle Easter guy with beard and I told him up front that I apologize what I am going to do etc then he was like with serious face, no need to apologize, then he counted my coins and he looked at me and say it is ok, it is enough and it was not enough, so basically he let me off 50 cents to give me a bottle of mineral water, this was in Vienna airport duty free on the way back, and wow people at the airport beside bad reputation are kind!

I usually have good experience at the airport! I don't like the idea of mentioning FKKs lol. I love to travel on the Autobahn where there are no speed limits and sometime I would rent a really nice car and go on road trips when I don't visit FKKs. If asked I would say that. Appreciate if others can chime in.

Just curious to know. Say you are a US citizen, Japanese, Singaporean Citizen or the like who are either included in VISA waiver or could get visa on arrival. You are a frequent travellers to the countries where adult prostitution is legal such as Germany, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey, Mexico, Columbia, etc.

What will be your answer when the border force ask you this killer question:
"What will you be doing in Germany?" Keep in mind as a frequent traveller, you already have a lot of stamps on your passport where they could easily see the date of entry and leaving. You have visited the same country, city many times in a year.

If you answer for tourism, they might come up with the next question like this,
"Does a tourist keep seeing the same place, city a few times a year??"

What other people think the best answer for this killer question. Could you say for instance I love visiting FKKs, Brothels, AO parties in Germany and I consider it as a tourism.
Could they reject you an entry if your answer is similar to that ??

This is exactly what I was worried about, but I am told by members here that it won't be problem and we won't be asked such questions. In the past I have not been asked questions since I visit once a year or once in two years. But now I plan to travel at least 3 or 4 times a year since I haven't travelled for the past two years. I asked here if this would be a red flag, but apparently not according to members.
