This article provides some insights into the issues of nightclubs in Berlin. Granted, it is not about FKK but perhaps some of the dynamics are similar. I had never been inside Berghain, anyone know what it is like? One thing I did not get any details is the cost of licenses — alcohol license, sex club license, whatever other licenses one needs to run an FKK and how that compares to a club like Berghain. I wonder how difficult it is to obtain a sex club license vs some other nightclub licenses.

GT and LR seems to be able to hold their prices up because Germans, dutch and others don't like Turkish men (women is a whole other story, but we all know that, LOL) So there is a double market going on in nrw. Berlin, all of Switzerland, most of Austria (even if the taxes are higher there) and many other places in Germany are far from equilibrium. And pure goldmines.

But unless clubs innovate, a cheaper entry fee is not enough. Just look at Andiamo's troubles compared to Wellcum. But I wonder how well Babylon Elsdorf does now after their 'upgrade'. While other clubs like Oase and Acapulco hasn't raised priced at all after large renovations.
