The people who should be most worried are club owners. They have a big investment, and if customers and girls do not show up, they lose on both ends. As for WG, if there are enough customers and they are really in demand, they should not see much of a drop in earnings. However, the less than top girls will feel the effect. The top girls are always hard to book in clubs. Girls move around a lot for exactly that reason--looking for better hunting grounds. Obviously, they need to balance the risk that they could be shut down if they blatantly disregard all laws and regulations, but a fully compliant club with no traffic will also eventually shut down, due to weak finances. So, they might make a show of throwing out a few customers here and there to be seen as complying with the law, but if one club does this and others don't, and the club gains a bad reputation among customers, it will hurt. I don't believe that club owners are unaware of this risk.

Yes, that is a possibility. There is risks on both sides of the buyer-seller equation. Too restrictive and expensive, customers walk away. Too little money, clubs close down and WGs quit, like you say. Not all, but many of the WGs, posture about how much they actually make. That's just what all good salespeople do. If the clubs are empty and the WGs aren't getting enough customers, desperation may settle in, and prices will stay at or near pre-July levels. Or newer prices and services, will be introduced and normalized. But my plan will to be to re-assess at that time, like you said.

Under current conditions, Germany still beats all other options -- especially if you're into Romanian / Western-looking girls that is.

I haven't personally experienced any changes in services or prices throughout this July period, so from where I'm sitting, Germany still wins. Maybe things will change over the next year, but it's too early to predict such a deterioration. Some of the fears here are a bit premature.

The law is here to stay for sure, what I meant after that period of 6-12 months everything will settle in each club, some clubs will consider BBBJ equivelant to shooting heroin to a vein, an absolute taboo, some clubs BBBJ will be available but not with all girls and an upsell will be common, and some clubs will be as if as the new law didn't exist.

Which club will fall within which catogry is difficult to predict, and we can argue about it as much as we want, but the real answer will not be available until then which is around 6-12 months, as at that time all clubs have registered, all WG would also have registered, and everyone at the sex industry will be aware of the existence of the law.

But having a law is something and practicing it fully is something else, many factors will pitch in that will affect how the law will be practiced, including the theoretical presence of pressure for the clubs and WG to provide BBBJ to sustain a good income cor both, how the consumers will interact with the law for example what % of mongers will be demanding BBBJ from WG (for example if only 1% of mongers demand it, then most likely there will be no BBBJ, in contrast to 90% of mongers demeaning it) how the police raids / inspections goes, etc.
