There is probably no standard answer to your question about BBBJ. It may have been in a post by Pfieke who mentioned you get a different pricing structure on "options" if you are asking a girl for an hour vs 30 minutes. It does not matter how you express your desire to go to a room to fuck; you can use sign language if you want. The girl will get it and will be happy to take you to the room.

Guys.
