Inflammation is the first step in activating an immune response, so yes it is required. But it's also the basis of most the vaccine side effects people feel. But without some inflammation, the memory part of your immune system that selects for antibody producing cells is never activated. Too much inflammation and you feel shitty, or worse. That's my criticism of the current western vaccines, too high a dose at one time when it should have probably been multiple lower dosages administered over longer time intervals.
Baby aspirin (81 MG) taken once a week probably doesn't do much of anything. At that dose, it's meant to be taken every day for it's anti platelet properties (prevents primitive "clots" in heart vessels as to prevent heart attacks). But that's low dose taken everyday. To reduce inflammation once in a while, you need a 162 MG or 325 MG dose.
A one time dose of a true antidepressant shouldn't result in a difference that you can feel. They take 1-2 weeks to work. If anything, a real anti-depressant suppresses an erection. Are you sure you didn't take an anti-anxiety pill or something? Like a Benzodiazepine / Xanax?

One study found that 23.2% of individuals experienced tinnitus after their COVID-19 diagnosis, most commonly described as recurrent or occasional. It was suggested that this may be due to inflammation of the blood vessels supplying the inner ear. Another study found that 40% of individuals with preexisting tinnitus felt that their tinnitus was exacerbated after experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
One study reported that about one in 14,700 people reported tinnitus after vaccination.
End of quote.
LOL. That one in 15,000 study is the one that pops up if you use google. I searched duckduckgo and got the more complete result.

Inflammation contribute to immunity? So you are saying bit of everything is good and even bit of inflammation is required?
I do like spot using medicine and I have bunch of medicine that I spot use and I take weekly baby aspirin to give my body a break, I take it every 7 to 10 days as that is how long it stays in your system as functioning property! I ain't talking about half life!
Other day, I took some anti depression medicine to spice up the day that I also spot take like every 10 days and wow, it gave me crazy libido and erection somehow and it is not cialis LOL! Apparently it did something good to the balance of my seretonin, dopamin and noradrenaline that lead to libido and erection like I am on cialis LOL!
