Some jurisdictions will also bill on a per day charge for each day in jail for people who failed to pay fines and fees. And then when they get out they will have all their items removed from their home (assuming they weren't homeless) since they will have been evicted and will have to beg for money to buy a $20 tent from Walmart.

My comment refers to a person who has no criminal record caught with a small amount of marijuanna. They do not get eight years in prison. I am not saying your facts are not correct but my statements are true. A person in possession of marijuanna like I mentioned would only be detained long enough to determine their background and be brought before a bail official to be released. Many of them get a summons by the arresting officer on the spot. I don't doubt your incarceration figure either but this seems to be an example of someone getting eight years for a vape pen. If the incarceration figures are correct and the sentences are so severe it indicates inconsistency which would be a bad trade off. I'm just pointing out the irony of one of your statements.

It was pretty clear to me that Chinese customers were not welcomed by that particular delivery health service given the way it was written, including in bold at that. I would imagine it's the same at others, although they may not be so bold as to say it outright on their website. Japan is well-known for these kind of discriminatory attitudes and behaviors towards outsiders.

You mentioned about Japanese in general being polite in other thread, but it is about that, as you know Japanese are polite and well mannered, that is our general reputation, not all, but general, however, some nation has different behavior pattern and they are either too pushy or even rude and bad behaved, so in order to avoid bad behavior and resulting in top girls leaving the agency and also to just avoid the problems they do not need, they just clear out all foreigners or in the case you saw certain customer from certain nations, there is no other way of filtering, so that is how they did it and it is still very common in escort scene both high end and low ones!

Peninsula had issue with that restaurant as they blocked peninsula hotel from booking with them and peninsula decided to cover the expense if the guest chooses to cancel! But those places are fully booked for few months in advance!!
