Thanks for all of the updates and comments. It does look like Sharks (and Oase) may be the backup plan if NRW and downtown Frankfurt are closed for sex workers. And I agree that the girls may migrate to those clubs if the others are closed. That would help pricing if supply outstrips demand in those two Hesse mega clubs. Again, it appears this vacation will be decided on a day by day basis.

Right. Subsequent submissions is what I am getting at. I was looking at the live RKI data as they were getting it last Sunday and Monday and the numbers were not the same as they are today. The NRW site states that the RKI data may not match their numbers until subsequent cases are added. Possible lag in weekend reporting? It would make sense that RKI goes back to add the retroactive cases as the NRW region reports it to them later. I have no doubt that the numbers you listed from previous days have been properly amended. Just suggesting that perhaps the reason the clubs were not closed on exactly day 7 or 8 was because of a possible lag in data reporting.

Then again, also possible that in my 6 day clubbing euphoria that I just accidently misread or clicked on the wrong district.

Looking at the spreadsheet you linked, what's odd is that Dusseldorf clubs were closed on 27. July, exactly on day 5 of incidence above 35. Not sure how Koln made it to day 13 when their numbers were above 35 since 28. July. I specifically remember looking at Koln data on 29. July (my first day of arrival and learning that Dusseldorf was closed) and saw that RKI site listed Koln incidence at 34. X and thinking, that if it crossed the threshold, I had enough days to get to Koln before any closures. Data lag is the only thing I can come up as to why the numbers have consistently varied. Then again, Day 13 of high incidence in Koln, much longer than can be explained by data lag.

Anyway, hope this is discussion is a nonfactor and threshold criteria are changed in a day or 2. I'm not even sure how true the rumblings of NRW meetings are.

Apparently the numbers you have are direct from NRW and incorporates corrected numbers that are later added. The RKI tool / site displays live numbers before adjustment.

Perhaps that is why the clubs are open beyond 7 days. Either way, hopefully tomorrow's meeting will change the thresholds / benchmarks for closure.

For guys fortunate enough to have gone, luck has been on their side for about 8+ weeks now. If the situation worsens and clubs do close, then the unlucky will account for 1 instance versus 8 plus weeks and counting of significant "luck."

Perhaps you should look at it as 8 relatively good weeks versus 60 weeks of lockdowns when Sharks was forced to close it's doors in March 2020?

Or perhaps 8 relatively good weeks out of 32, as currently we are in week 32 of this year? Mind you, there are still 20 more weeks to go this year and a lot of stuff can happen, and it sounds as if that after seeing the situation 'on the ground' in Germany with your own eyes, you seem to be slowly agreeing with me that clubs might close again at short notice.
