IMO if an FKK is taking money from the girls every day it's pimping, because the clubs and the girls drift into an state of codependency or have an alliance that is not so favorable to the customers. That's why I'm against high entry fees for the girls. The whole employee vs independent contractor thing is a red herring.

What makes it even worse is how it is the state institution that enforces this policy in the first place by making it illegal for the girls to work and get an actual income from the clubs.

Indeed. We likely have to live multiple lifetimes. But what a soul is, is beyond what we are able to understand as well. And for all we know, and as mentioned already, not every being probably have souls anyway. Plus, if it is a simulations, we may not even have free will. A human body may just be an up front point of view capsule multiple souls can hook up to, and experience first hand. Now that could also save tons of energy.
