I feel your pain but this was an easy situation to foresee. I said the following a few weeks ago in this thread:

It seems they will revise the criteria on the 10th of August and it is expected they will include the number of hospitalizations in addition to the number of cases. It also seems that each Lander has its own policy on the closure / re-opening. However, Germany-based members may have more details on this.

My friend in Dortmund says the same. Hospitalizations will be factored in going forward. Just need municipal, regional governments to make it official. All the more reason to promote vaccinations in order to keep hospital numbers low since infection numbers will inevitably keep going up before they fall quickly just as in UK, NL, and India. Netherlands reached 300 per 100 K per week and hospital cases never matched the increase. Same with UK. Now cases are down in both nations. I just got back from the Netherlands, the only restrictions were masks on public transport and nightclubs closed. Hoping Germany takes that example and follows suit.

Same here, I'm also trying to find out as I'm going to NRW mid-week and panicking that the clubs won't be open.

I suggest you call the clubs rather than rely on the website to provide up to date info. I called some of the clubs today.

Dusseldorf.

Dolce Vita. I called them and there is no answer, so must be closed.

Oceans. They told me the restaurant and spa is open but the rooms are closed, so basically its closed.

Acapulco Gold. They are open because they are in Mettmann, however, cases are also above 35.

Receptionist said - 'We are open now, we don't know about Wednesday or another day, this is the situation in Germany, you call on the day you come'.

Cologne.

Samya / Mondial. They are both open right now and told me on the phone they don't know if they are open this week but best to call day before to find out. Currently at 47 and been over 35 for more than a week. Not sure what the exact rate is in Cologne when closure would happen (I guess 50?) but not looking good.

Frankfurt is back up plan if the above NRW clubs are shut. Currently under 35 in Frankfurt (only just though - 34) and Darmstadt (20).

Really hate this uncertainty because I just want to fuck and relax!

Are you certain that they are closed? Their websites don't mention anything about being closed. I can't find any mention elsewhere online that Dolce Vita or Oceans is closed. Same thing with Cologne clubs, like Samya and Mondial and Babylon.

I am having a hard time finding solid info. Sounds like my trip starting 15 August will be a seat of the pants trip. May be forced to call the clubs each morning, then if they are closed start looking for a train back to Hesse. Here is a link to press releases for NRW. Their latest release says that even if they exceed 50, they are keeping everything at Level 2. That doesn't help FKK clubs since they are only open at Level 1. The last release was made on a Friday and implemented the next Monday. Maybe that is the policy? Might have to look for a press release this Friday.

Samya still open though and its been at over 35 for more than a week. Maybe it will close when it reaches 50 - probably next week. Although, I did read the following on an official government website regarding Corona in NRW - 'Due to the comparatively few severe courses of the disease, incidence level 3 is initially suspended until 19 August 2021'. This seems to suggest that level 3, which is triggered when cases are over 50, is suspended for the time being and therefore clubs will remain open?

Ohhhh bad news, I bought my ticket few days ago and visiting Sharks hopefully on 17 August, so I hope cases stay down. Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaase no more close.

Yikes. Based on a threshold of 35, things don't look good. Unless I am misreading the Robert Koch map, it appears that almost every club in NRW will be forced to close within the next week or so. They are all in regions above 35 right now.

I don't know the fine details of German geography, and I would welcome any suggestions for FKKs in lower incidence areas of NRW / Hesse. I don't have a car, so trains / taxis / walking are my modes of transportation.

Living Room and Rheingold in "Rhein Kreis Neuss" have an incidence of 23.2, but to my knowledge, Living Room never reopened.

Sharks in Darmstadt has an incidence of 18.1.

I might be stuck in Hesse for my FKK days.

Any other ideas? (And please don't suggest Switzerland or Austria. It has to be in NRW / Hesse.).
