But you are correct. I always tell people that are looking for a partner to get in shape and lose weight and to make themselves more presentable. I tell them to do it for themselves so that they have more confidence. I think this is also true for the FKK. I think you can have more fun if you feel good about yourself. There will probably always be someone there to take your money.

Funny, when I go to Montreal for outcall dates with SPs, I always have wine and other drinks in the room. Sometimes I have chocolate. I always do all that I can to make myself hygienic and presentable and to make the girls at ease and my success rate was high.

Hope I am not flamed too badly for this this, but I try to stay in shape not to improve my odds but because I feel I owe it to the girls. Almost all the WGs do this during their FKK life, more so the English reading successful ones. Wake up, open up their phones, check the ISG threads in detail to find out if anything positive or negative was written about them, and overall what was written between the time they last checked and now, before getting out the bed. This may or may not be before they check their social media apps. Some check ISG even after they left the FKK life, usually not on a daily basis, but almost like checking how their legacy is holding up LOL. All these ISG checking is not only for business purposes, but more so due to AWS (Attention Wh**e Syndrome).

I think FKK WGs who don't read English either use Google's automated translation or check other forums (German, French etc.), not sure though.

So, whatever we mongers write here, can and likely be used against (or sometimes in favor of) us as applicable.

BTW, I am also on keto diet and this year is my 7th year on this diet. I am 183 cm and weigh myself everyday to keep my weight between 72 and 73 kg.

An average trip for me the past 2-3 years I have done 12-17 rooms in 4-5 days (I need to get back to the old 3-day trips I used to do). Last summer I had one trip when I did 37 rooms in 14 days IIRC.

Maybe because I can go when I want, I could be nearly every day, working from there as I often do, if I wanted, but I prefer a no room visit or day, rather than a disappointing room. Not only about waste of money, but I hate frustration. I don't need sex with GND who don't worth 50 for me, I need pleasure with dreamed girls, and best for me would be to find the new one for kind of sex friend, even I can't resist when I see a real beauty like 2 on last Saturday.

I had no problem. There is a lot of meat. At the cook out there was steak, chicken, and sausage. Inside there is turkey and roast duck and pork. There are plenty of vegetables, salad, olives, beats etc. There was a chili that was pretty good. I am not that worried about what the gravy is that may be on the turkey or duck. I am not that concerned with what is in a gravy and some vegetables are better than others. The main goal at this point is to avoid bread, potatoes, rice, pizza and anything with sugar. I love drinking beer in Germany and Belgium and I limited myself to about 3 or 4 beers that week. I love coffee in Europe and I will have some Merlot which is low carbs. In the clubs I may have a Vodka and soda. I was able to do this and get a few workouts in and I lost about 1. 5 lbs in Europe.

I don't think I got into the club until 7:30 PM. It was on a Friday and it was probably 10 PM. I was doing Dieters sauna treatments and snoozing on a lounge chair just outside the sauna.
