Girls have to be a EU member to work in Germany, no matter which job, bakery, prostitution. No loop holes, no exception. So no Ukrainians. No, a tourist visa is still a visa. Not a passport. A passport requires no application. A tourist visa does. When I went to China, I had to apply for a visa. I got it. It was a tourist visa...

No, only passport. No visa required.

Ofcourse you are right about the work permits, but it can open a gate through smart loopholes I am sure. Now what side of the line such grey zones will fall into I am unsure of. Like backpackers working in Australia etc, or other loopholes with employment agencies locally in Germany for random part time jobs helping with papers for longer stay which could allow them to move on to working 80% in clubs (20% the other job). Or something else.
