It was pretty clear to me that Chinese customers were not welcomed by that particular delivery health service given the way it was written, including in bold at that. I would imagine it's the same at others, although they may not be so bold as to say it outright on their website. Japan is well-known for these kind of discriminatory attitudes and behaviors towards outsiders.

The animosity between Japan and China remains palpable to this very day. I imagine that Japanese people might be met with some of the same hostility in China. In any event, nothing was said about other nationalities and ethnicities, so it made me wonder. Doesn't mean that other types of foreigners would be accepted. Probably just means that the Japanese would be nicer and / or less direct about it. But, I've never heard of "we already have a large enough domestic market" to support an industry to be a justification for discriminating against others. Usually in a business, you want to expand your market to make even more money. More money, more money, more money! Oh well. It is what it is (shrugs).

You mentioned about Japanese in general being polite in other thread, but it is about that, as you know Japanese are polite and well mannered, that is our general reputation, not all, but general, however, some nation has different behavior pattern and they are either too pushy or even rude and bad behaved, so in order to avoid bad behavior and resulting in top girls leaving the agency and also to just avoid the problems they do not need, they just clear out all foreigners or in the case you saw certain customer from certain nations, there is no other way of filtering, so that is how they did it and it is still very common in escort scene both high end and low ones!
