    I'll reiterate that cardiovascular fitness only has secondary and supplemental effects on sexual health. Strength training with large muscle groups and heavy weights will increase testosterone overtime which will increase sexual desire but to be reiterated again, testosterone levels have very little to no direct effects on erection and orgasm capabilities.

    Yeah, so what I do is I station myself often at where the water server is near the food area, there you have good light on girls face!
