Do you guys know where a non-ripoff ATM is located at DUS airport? Also at Dusseldorf Hbf and Cologne Hbf? Is it Postbank?

Last time in Germany I had problems with the fees.

I come from UK and have a zero currency fee debit MasterCard not sure if that makes a difference. Deutsche and Sparkasse bank's gave me exactly the same best rate. Neither of these banks charge you for using the ATM so it comes down to the conversion fee's your bank imposes and the same for the bank you are taking money out of (I think). I am told my card gives me the MasterCard rate which can be checked here: https://www.mastercard.co.uk/en-gb/personal/get-support/convert-currency.html Tried the national bank which name escapes me at mo which was not as good.

In Cologne I always use the Deutsche bank ATM 3 minutes walk from Cologne HBF on Trankgasse next to the Dom / Hauptbahnof (Underground) on google maps. Note the bank is overground. You have to open the door to get to the ATM's, still 24/7 I think. Sometimes homeless people sleeping inside but they are harmless. Also Deutsche bank ATM's at Neumarkt heading to Lidl in Neumarkt Galerie (shopping centre).

If not those do a google search 'deutsche bank cologne' or 'Sparkasse bank cologne'.

Sparkasse bank self standing ATM's at Cologne airport which I have not tried. I can't imagine them being a rip off. Any of these at Dusseldorf airport? I seen a Sparkasse ATM across the road from the main Dusseldorf HBF entrance slightly to the right after all the trams before you venture into the city.

And I just remembered there is a set of Sparkasse bank ATM's actually inside Cologne HBF at the top North side/leg.

I have been to Kiev and unlike in Bucharest Romania, I did monger in Kiev, but I tell you, FKK is as good or even better, I have friends in eastern Europe, so when I get support from my friends, mongering in eastern Europe is top and it is mostly done in banya in Russian sauna club and it has bed rooms there, it is kinda VIP set up and tutes are not in house tutes, but taken from outside, normally it is just regular banya, but often used for fucking as well apparently!
