By the way, the HMO's are steadily reducing the white coats pricing power, many of whom are effectively in gig work contracts. You should see some of the non-public investor presentations and analyst work. The real winners are stockholders, and if you look at the dividends and capital gains over the last 5 years you will get it. Obamacare was the greatest gift to HMO's that ever happened, I have no idea why republicans would oppose making $ for stockholders other than putting on a fake show.
