I think I have answered my own question with this. If you say not everyone can qualify for it being free, then lack of an income cap would only increase their subsidy to a level which doesn't pay for their insurance in full. I still don't completely believe that.

All one has to do is consider the logical bullshit sniff test. Claim that annual income under $50 K affords free ACA marketplace health insurance while median individual income in USA is $44 K. Yeah, if that were the case, we wouldn't be having so many low income people who are uninsured.

Ethiopian / Eritrean, Somalian, and even Kenyan (Rift Valley) Africans are quite different than Nigerian, Ghana, or Cameroonian (Sub-Saharan) Africans. For my taste, some of the most beautiful faces in the world come from Ethiopia and Eritrea. Some of those women have the most perfect facial bone structures with bright eyes. I was being somewhat polite as I am completely sure you are fabricating. Even asked the hospital social worker / case manager and she's calling bullshit on the claim. And even during the 2 years of pandemic, there was no rise in income cap besides normal inflationary increases. Grace period for paying premiums were extended. Special enrollment periods were created for people who lost insurance due to job loss. But no huge rise in cap and no new free insurance, only free covid related care.

That was a bit of an exaggeration. While Spanish is prevalent in US territories close to the border and in South Florida, English is still by far the predominant language. You would have no issues in Miami speaking only English outside of areas that are not poor, immigrant neighborhoods.

USA should speak English as that is universal language and maximum consider the language of Native indian people, but that is not logical, so just English is fine as that is set language for USA and should be for the world!

There is no subsidy that pays $700 per month for a single person. And if $700 per year, that will not cover the cheapest Bronze plan of $150 per month which is $1800 per year. Meanwhile the average Bronze plan starts at $330 per month. Unless someone lives in a state with heavy state subsidies which there only a few (Massachusetts, Hawaii, Maryland, Connecticut, New Jersey, California,) then they are not getting 100% subsidized ACA health insurance without a disability or has a family with adult dependents when making above the federal poverty line. Some states may even temporarily subsidize a mother's health insurance during hardship, but certainly a single man making anything close to $50,000 per year will at least pay over $50 per month and that is being very generous with my estimate. Even back as a 29 year old graduate student with zero health problems who claimed $32,000 in part-time income, I was paying $125 per month after getting exercise and nonsmoker credits.

That means 100-400% of poverty line and you get a reduction in premiums, not free insurance. Some states like Massachusetts will fill in the gaps, but North Carolina or any other southern state is certainly not one of them.

He wasn't prosecuted for having sex. He was prosecuted for rape, which happens not to be the same thing. And I say that without passing any judgment on the merits of the case. It's just the facts about what got him into hot water. There's always the statute of limitations on prosecutions, but I guess that wasn't hit and / or may not have applied at all (sometimes it doesn't). I don't know exactly what the law is in the jurisdiction that came after him. But when they did it wasn't simply for having sex. Come on man!
