Posts: 1312The fake client thing won't work for enforcement of the new nationwide law as there is no penalty for the girl under the new law. Since the new law only punishes the man for ohne-condom, sending fake clients to test the girls would make no sense.

"Just take a look at how this is being supervised in Bavaria. The police there actually walk in on people in the act and, using flashlights, check if this requirement is being fulfilled or not. You can only monitor such things if you don’t care about people’s dignity," De Rivière remarked.

As for Popos, if they come in during my session, I will refuse to wear any towel around my waste and since it is FKK, I think I am allowed to remain nude front of officers and I will ask female police officer to question me due to how uncomfortable male officers feel while I am butt naked and I make sure that my dick remain strongly up to the roof while I am getting interviewed as that is only chance we got to be butt naked front of female police officers legally with strong erection, I may once in awhile scratch my erected penis during interview, amen to Viagra LOL.
In conclusion, seriously speaking, if BBBJ condition do change radically then I got to change nation for mongering. Every time if there is any changes, people talk about it but nothing always changes. Like Artemis, after the raid it remained as it is and with my view it actually got better for upselling, there are less of that and girls became nicer for some reason after the raid.

I just keep thinking that in the real situation of being caught with your pants down that to remember what you have advised and to actually say it to a group of uniformed law enforcement officers with your cock out stark naked with a probably hysterical girl screaming that she did nothing or she saying that you made her do the BBBJ, well, you have to be one cool personality to take all this in and say what you wrote. I cannot say I will do it in good conscience thinking carefully about what I would be feeling in such a situation.

I am planning on visiting Babylon in Vienna. Is your last line 'but all extras are free, if offered' intrigues me. Are you sure about this that all extras are free if offered. If true that suddenly makes Babylon even more exciting a prospect. (If you add in extras commonly paid for in German FKKs such as CIM, NS, anal that add about 200 - 250 euros the price).

It is not in anyone's interest for them to tell on a customer asking for BBBJ.

Blackmail: I don't see it coming. Girls could have blackmailed clients now, did rarely happen. But who knows, I may be wrong.
I've never had any representative of the state enter the room to check if I did BBBJ in Bavaria or Saarland. I don't see it happening in July 17. Locks are an easy option, like at World or Oase (just take the key inside and lock the door instead of letting it in the lock on the outside). I like UH's little doorblock, may come in handy.

Posts: 1312Of course I would never use such devices to obstruct a police investigation. I was merely using them to enhance our privacy in the room because my girls don't feel as comfortable when other patrons are always walking in on us during our sessions (for example, person walking into wrong room, etc). So, this device was simply for putting my female companion at ease. I had no idea the police were planning on an inspection then. If I had known, I would of course not have used these devices.

I'm certainly not familiar with German law, but Germany is a member of the Vienna Convention on Consular Notification (1963). Although they did not join the optional part about mandatory consular notification, Germany is still required under this international treaty to provide you access to your consulate and consulate officers. But you must notify the arresting officers that you are a foreign national and that you are requesting to speak to your consulate. Your consulate can recommend qualified attorneys for any predicament you might find yourself in.
When being questioned by officers, you don't have to say, "I'm not answering any questions. " Instead, you can simply say, "I am happy to cooperate and answer all of your questions. I would be happy to schedule an interview with you, me, and my consular officer at your convenience. Please let me know what times would be good for you, and I will arrange an interview with you, me, and my consular officer. ".
Of course, this won't get you very far, and the arresting officers will probably simply laugh at you. If they are anything like American police officers, they will threaten you, yell at you, get mad at you, etc. The point of answering in the latter way instead of the former however is the impression that it gives and the story that you are able to tell later. In the former case, you appear uncooperative. In the latter case, you have some appearance of wanting to be helpful. In all cases, you are always better off remaining silent. The question is what is the best way to assert your right to remain silent. I would lean towards something like the latter method because it comes off better.
Of course, how you respond to officers in such a situation is a personal decision and highly fact dependent. Once you find yourself in a situation like this, you're already in deep doo-doo. Most folks who are very experienced in law enforcement (officers and legal professionals alike) all agree though that speaking on your behalf rarely helps you and only hurts you. Finding yourself in such situations with law enforcement is quite stressful. It is hard work saying the same thing over and over while smiling, "Yes, I would be happy to cooperate and answer all of your questions. Please let me know a good time for you, me, and my consular officer to schedule an interview. ".
And sorry HB, the Vienna Convention doesn't work for you Germans in Germany. It's only available to foreign nationals who are not citizens of the country they are arrested in. Anyhow, I am sure HB will be able to use his Stammgast status to get out of these types of situations.
