Hmmm, regardless of income part is bit painful!

I pay about 9000 USD per year if my income is over about 100000 USD, then you have to pay 30 % of medical fee yourself and if you are over 70 years old, it is 20 %, and if your single medical treatment exceed over 1000 USD then the government cover the rest no matter the medical treatment, so let say you have hardcore disease and the operation plus the medication cost over 300000 USD, you pay 1000 USD and the government cover the rest, but you have to pay for the bed in hospital which is like around 50 USD per night to about 300 USD for single room per night and for VIP single room sky is limit you find ones that cost 3000 usd or even 10000 usd per night, but it is for real high rollers or politicians etc!

Also care taking for disabled and elderly is included in above national health insurance, but I do not know how that works fortunately!

If you make little money you pay very little like few hundred dollars per year for same condition as above.

If you make nothing and you are social support, then you get about 1300 USD per month from the government and all your medical fees no matter the cost is free and same condition as above, basically you get the above insurance for free if you make zero money.

We tried to do all for free if you pay health insurance, then the hospital became the meeting and talking place for elderly people, so it got too packed, so we had to change as people begin to go when they pull their muscle in their ears LOL! And it was costing us too much for nonsense treatments LOL!

This health insurance is only thing that we are happy about! Rest as much as we got the best infrastructure in the world, they are stealing too much money in not billions but in trillions of usd every year! Including the stupid Olympic that nobody wanted!

I love USA and their global strategy, but I truly denounce their medical system! I think education and medication should be free for all people! I mean look at the movie John Q with Denzel Washington! It is heart breaking!

Oh I throw in free monthly sex with beautiful young stunner covered by the government too, but this will never happen, but we monger covered our ass ourselves for that LOL!

I just did a quick google. It is based on 400% of the FPL (federal poverty level) except for 2021 and 2022 when there is no cap. It seems like I am right without a shadow of a doubt. That's four times poverty level.

The poverty level for a single person is $13,590. For a family, it depends on the family size. For example, the poverty level for a family of four is $27,750. For a family of eight, it's $46,630. And so on per the rules. If you're not at or below the poverty level for your family size, then I can assure you that you're paying for your health insurance. As most Americans absolutely do!

It is definitely free for a guy with grown children / no children and no wife. It is all good. I mention things that aren't common knowledge. There was no cap at all the year before last. I heard no mention of that in the news.

Uh no, that's not what I'm saying. I'm very aware, and I understand that certain people can indeed obtain free medical coverage. But it depends on family size and how that relates to the poverty guidelines. If you believe that all you have to do is earn less than $40,000 a year and that's it, then you are mistaken. USA will pull out the guns then, plus USA is never alone as third, but most likely still the second biggest economic nation Japan is by their side (since China is lying about the numbers and also most of Chinese economy is dependent on the factories of foreign companies), US and Japan relation is so tight that you can almost say it is same country, the alliance is that strong, so USA is not just USA, there will be many nations try to attack USA if such thing as you say happens, but Japan as well as many other nations will be with USA, so there will be no scenario that USA chaos will be totally out of control!

Most nations who hate USA are monkey nations that are not significant, only China is threat, but you should see these countries as structurally messed up nation, they won't be able to put things in order, so they will never be G7 or G3 nations! Japan is not as powerful as it used to be. In the 1930's Japan was the most powerful player in Asia. It had beaten Russia in a war and was consistently beating China in military operations. Then the USA wanted greater influence in Asia which inevitably led to a war with Japan which the latter lost. Since then China has grown to be the powerhouse in Asia and the US is losing influence. Russia is China's friend so what is Japan to do? Firstly, Japan has to regain influence from China and Russia. So Japan is conveniently siding with the US and Europe. If ever it becomes a powerhouse in Asia again then Japan could turn its attention against the US once more.

We always have sided with US since 1945 and yes, we decline from 1980's when we were number one in the world for couple of years, but we are still 3rd after China if Chinese are telling true number that is! We strongly focus on economy and as for military, we only do it enough to defend the nation if we have to, but we are often ranked in top 5 in the world if not top 10 only with our constitution restrict us to just defend! We got money and technology to be number one military nation in the world from the standpoint of weapons, but again, we focus on economy first and no interest in military actions!

Japan going against US once again is very unlikely as long as US give us top ally position in the world together with UK, which is coming close to Japan! What important is G7 to stay together as we are all in the same boat of decline as it is hard for top nations to develop further when our nations are already developed extensively, especially Japan with top infrastructures, but we can always do better!

As for Russia, they are not big nation, I think it is their propaganda getting to your brain and brain washing you LOL! Why they are big nations? Because they constantly said they are? Numbers says every thing and also their industries, they have nothing in economic sector beside natural resources that they cannot even dig it up!

G7 nations and G 3 nations at least will always dominate this world and we won't at least US and Japan won't go against each other, but stay as best allies and now UK left EU wanting to join the force, so let see how it will be with that!

As for China, as I wrote, they are powerhouse, but with fucked up regime that is inherited problem of history, and their quality is low at the moment, but in future their quality will improve as they are not stupid people, just so big in land size with so much population, but they got the problem! Which is they are just factory of the world and they got no companies that can compete at global level! US and Japan has so many brands that I can keep on writing all days that is actually making money all over the world as we provide the top products also same with some EU nations, but China at the moment has none! So if the factories pull out of China of foreign companies, they will have big problem!

It is important how country make money and what kind of brands and industries companies have, US, Japan, UK, France, Italy and Germany are top in that area and that is how the country should be formed as top nations! We have so many big known companies that are selling good products from Africa to Europe to some little island to US to every corners of the world, that is the definition of real big nations! And China is not LOL! And Russia? Stop even comparing the small country who also now prove to be joke with their military LOL! Just nukes on crazy head is the only problem!
