I think India had bad history with UK, so they are careful not to turn into next Ukraine there with China as India is already doing mini shooting at the border with China LOL! I think you got Sweden mixed up with Norway here. Sweden doesn't have any underwater drilling. Norway has loads. Like 400 k oil / gas jobs in a country of now just 5. 5 million.

The way I define a country by smart people is through gamers and hackers. Not by universities (capital based), nor banks and money (military based).

I think USA is currently more worried about the Solomon Islands. And what China would think if they sat still and do nothing there. Solomon Island is the strategy China learnt from Japan vs US war in second world war as we mostly fought there to get the foothold to attack US because it is only about 3000 km from Hawaii! I think its just a matter of time. A man who spends more than he earns will sooner or later become bankrupt. A third world country that spends more than it earns will have to borrow (IMF) and make adjustments which usually result in significant poverty for most of its citizens. The world's most powerful country whose expenditure significantly exceeds its productive capacity consistently and borrows from itself can only head in one direction. A catastrophic crash which can happen next month, next year, next ten years or next fifty years, depending on details of which I am unaware, but its going to happen.

Well the problem is mass media not the rigged system as politician and the power behind the power got this fraud figured out, but mass media, well some mass media or journalist try to write the truth for everyone's destruction!
