I don't think there is any block for any potential investor to open a new fkk club in berlin or in most large german cities as they already exist. The difficult point for an investor in such an enterprise is not the buildings but finding an adequate pool of attractive 20 somings young women to inhabit the club once opened and to stay loyal to it. Sharks opened in 2011 and it took them 2 years to achieve this.

And I guess even prostitution is legal in Germany, it is illegal to introduce girls to fkk as prostitutes so big human resource company cannot make department for prostitution jobs?

I would say they should also legalize pimping in Germany too and regulate it, so there won't be any pimping in negative way by biker gangs etc.

FKK is lucrative business and I always wonder why big corporations especially porn companies etc who is now seeking for new business (as porn dvd do not make money anymore) do not go on and open fkk. Maybe you are right, big risk is finding the products which are good looking girls and make them stay.

I wonder why and how exactly Germany became the most liberal nation when it comes to sex trade of all kind. I mean if I may say with praises, Germany is the Thailand of Europe, it is very very sexually liberal country. I find this fantastic. I mean I fly half the way around the world to visit the club LOL

As for quality of FKK, I know why, Germans are very organized and sophisticated, so they did well making good FKK clubs and good efficient system that works, but how they became so so liberal. I don't know why? Plus it is economical solid nation, so they do not need to open so much in sex industry. I wonder how all this came about. Is it something to do with Post war German policy of making more freedom nation or?

They saw the fact they are a lot of sex starved men with most rich country have tight laws against the flesh trade. They have many people coming from all over the world to do bussiness so they capitalize on this first.

Logically thinking, there will be another fkk club in Berlin at one point in future. I mean to consider competitiveness of the city, Berlin only has one FKK that is big.

So comparison to other cities where they offer fkk clubs, Berlin is far behind on FKK clubs and there are high demand for more fkk in Berlin.

However, Berlin being capital of Germany. There maybe more difficult to build new big fkk clubs in Berlin than other cities. You know how politic goes, plus as for Artemis there was a big fight between clients and security in 2012 or early 2013 that made it to TV news and newspaper. And normally politicians and also public do not like that kind of staff.

As far as I think FKK contribute alot to tourism and whether some conservative Germans like it or not, fkk club is becoming German culture at least for male travellers of the world, so I think Berlin should build another fkk clubs.

There must be strong restriction to build new FKK clubs even one has enough investment to do so. Otherwise there will be more and more clubs in Berlin or corporations will begin to open fkk clubs instead of some individual investor. Which seems to be the case for most fkk clubs.

I always suggested a FKK club in the former Dorian Gray club at Frankfurt airport (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dorian_Gray_ (Diskothek)) LOL. Or a club directly in the transit area.

And imagine putting the advert poster of that fkk club in the airport too at arrival lounge like " Welcome to Berlin, FKK 5minutes away" with price system of the club LOL.

The airport will quickly become the top transit point for male travelers in EU LOL.

However, I think there are restrictions on where you can build fkk clubs. I really wonder how the FKK industry works, it is interesting industry.

Quality of the website doesn't have any correlation with quality of the club or it's line-up and quality of service. Just my experience.

World website is crap. Same for Oase and Sharks or GT and LR.

Yes, I know what you mean about the pictures. I didn't think the GT girls on the website looked very attractive. Maybe Howie has some insights into this.

If I only referred to website pictures for guidance then I would have been hesistant to visit Oase, Palace, World, Sharks, GT Bruggen, Artemis, etc. What is it from their websites that makes them any better?

I've been a fairly regular visitor to these establishments on and off for over ten years, ever since the days of one of my first FKK visits to FKK Atlantis. I miss that place and the girls Lithuanian Nadine and Hungarian Lola. Two of the best babes ever. I remembered FKK Palace when it used to be a small dingy sauna club called Paradise. That was before it was rebuilt. So I guess I do have a bit of FKK experience from Germany to compare to.

Most of the FKK websites nowadays are pretty crappy, outdated and not reliable anyways and most of the top tier girls don't advertise or have their pictures on the website. Only exception to the rule is Globe, Samya and to some extent Dolce Vita. Best form of intel are from the experienced hobbyiest themselves by way of their reports and by soliciting them via PM.

My sage advice is just wing it and see what happens.

Hi PL. I am eagerly waiting for your reports on gt vienna. I myself cannot decide whether to go later this year or not as some say its great and others the opposite as compared to german clubs. When will you be going? I know you know the german scene inside out so your comparison will be much valued. At the moment the pictures of their girls in the party and events section is putting me off. Maybe I'm wrong. Posted in vienna thread too.

Vienna peaked my interest because Howie and Simex were both praising the line-up there, and they both seem to have similar taste in women as me, as they like to attend GT at the NRW, and Samya.

I will most likely not attend Vienna until later this year when the weather gets warm and I can stay in Europe for a long period. Like you, I would likely to do a big FKK tour. I'm considering doing GT Vienna, Globe, Artemis, and possibly look into other countries such as Spain and Czech. We'll see.
