Thoughts? Which country is your back-up plan?

For clubs would remain Switzerland and Austria. Clubs in Austria are generally smaller and more pricy, for example GT in Vienna is 80€ entry. 60€ each half hour and 60€ normal extras like CIM or COB and double for anal.

Yes, Paradise in Graz is nice, but same problem. Maybe if clubs I Germany should shut down many more would be open in Switzerland and Austria but, if the demand is high, the prices won't go down.

Other options? Either you change continent and go to Thailand or Brasil or you do what I will eventually do (and did a lot before clubs in Germany!) : use the lot of money I am spending now in clubs to hunt newbies around eastern Europe, Russia, White Russia and Ukraine being the best hunting fields at the moment.

So if Germany does become inhospitable to FKKs one day, where is the next best alternative? I understand Switzerland has great clubs, but these are too expensive compared to our Hessen clubs.

From my online research, Austria sounds like the closest thing to the German model with reasonable pricing (even mandatory weekly health checks for the working girls in Austria. Very nice I think!). The prices there also seem to mirror the Hessen clubs. Problem is the small number of FKKs there and the fact that they are much smaller. I've heard that FKK-Paradise in Graz is nice. I suppose if Germany ever shut their doors, the clubs there would have to expand enormously to make up for the increased demand.

What other places in Europe would come highly recommended? I've heard that Spain has plenty of clubs with working girls (but fully clothed) that you can take to back rooms, but I've also heard that there has been a mass exodus of pretty girls from Spain due to the poor economy there.

Mongers like myself need to look for future destinations other than Germany should the law change. Of course the sky is not going to fall down next week or next month and I for one intend to enjoy the current situation as much as possible and for as long as it will last!

You are right Kommodore, mine was simply my opinion how this business should be better legalized.

In my case, most likely, I will get back to a non mongering life and to normal hunting of freebies as I always did around the world before I started with clubs in Germany.

What I like first is the clubs' system. I am not such as one who flies to the other side of the world for paying a pros. I can do at my home as well. What I like is the atmosphere and the vibe of the different clubs in Germany.

Hopefully, at least Switzerland will not change its law, I will eventually end up there more regularly and if Germany should shut down its clubs I think Switzerland could close its banks' business and replace baks with clubs, we will full them all! LOL!

Apparently some regional heads of the Green party want to require mongers to carry recent health checks with them, among other restrictions (like a minimum age 21 for WGs). At least that's what they plan to include in their election program. Short summary of the rest: The ruling Christian Democrats are unhappy with the current law in general anyway and want more penalities. There was a new study of the EU that reported of 23000 registered victims of trafficking in Europe between 2008 and 10, about two thirds related to prostitution. About 80 percent of all WGs in Germany are now foreigners, mainly due to the EU expansion between 2004 and 07, leading to falling prices in the business. All parties are unhappy with the way the law of 2002 played out. The only party that does not want to change anything are the miserable Free Democrats.

Unfortunately there is some momentum in this direction. There has been much talk down through the years with regards to changing the 2002 Prostitution Law (from both politicians and police officials) and although nothing has come of this so far, I believe that ultimately it is inevitable that there will eventually be change. Nothing ever stays the same and change is inevitable. Now change may come next year (unlikely!) or the year after or not for 5 years, but it is inevitable that change will occur and the situation will move from the current status quo. There are those (fools!) who would argue that the law will become even more benign towards the business of prostitution (the girls, brothels, clubs etc) but the German People have no desire to turn their country into the Motherland of European Prostitution where hookers from poorer Eastern European countries (primarily Romania and Bulgaria) either sell themselves or are pimped by managers, groups or gangs. The gereral population of the country would consider that this reflects badly on the image of the country and there is sensitivity surrounding the migration of poorer women from abroad selling themselves on the streets and in the sex-clubs of Germany. Unfortunately the business is also tainted by increasing association with organised crime despite mighty endeavours to sanitise and disguise this link.

The more this business is licit and under control, thie less the trafficking will be. And I know that because I come from a country where everything is forbidden except prostitution one to one and therefore it is 100% trafficking, no controls and a terrible life for the girls (that's why I never used these services in my country). Nevertheless, it should be clear that you will never solve the problem of trafficking but the more legitimate and regulated the business is, the better (with its limits) it will be. Just my two pennies on this topic.

Your point is well made Indi Companion but if change occurs, I believe it will be towards the Scandinavian Model i.e. It is not unlawful to be a prostitute but laws which make it a criminal offense to hire or pay a prostitute. Now change may not be as draconian as this (i.e. Scandinavian type laws) but I believe that this is the direction that future laws will take. The sex business in Germany is in no way critical to the economy and has no great political influence. The unseemly side of the business and the connection to organised crime make it a business that few in government will want to do anything to preserve. At least they will not want to go out of their way to preserve this business as it currently operates. Mongers like myself need to look for future destinations other than Germany should the law change. I think the numbers are much higher than 23000, unfortunately many will never be registered.

However, I think parties show to be unhappy because they have to do it for an hypocrit social demand and because elections are coming. Who onow how many members of them use the services of WGs.

I, for one, don't think FRA is better. I started off at FRA and never been back. There are more options in NRW especially if you have a car. Entrance is also cheaper.

I likes to hit several areas if I can. Hessen is a longer drive as NRW clubs are closer but I likes what Hessen clubs offer with the naked babes. Yes, there is more options in NRW but the Hessen club have the edge in terms of size of club and the numbers. Also less likely to be gay club like you can get at Villa Vertigo and Golden Time unless it is Messe.

If you're coming in on a Tuesday night, GoldenTime. But I think they close around 1AM. But you can get a "same day" discount card to Living Room which closes later.

so with strict liability laws, there is absolutely no way to avoid grave danger of imprisonment. even if you get a detective for a background check, he might be wrong.

well there are always grave risks as punter, but we all accept them. the scenario you gave as an example is such a low probability and so unusual that it made the news.

i think this is no excuse for not taking precautions. even if i go to jail i would be proud to have taken precautions and not be ashamed for contracting (verbal contract) the services of these girls. and despite the prostitution laws in the uk, prostitution is not finished at all in the uk. it just shifts a bit more of the burden of responsibility to the punter, not to go to some flats where the mafia keeps girls as sex-slaves when it's clear that the girl has all kind of bruises and is not motivated to provide services.

as stated before, i know there is a lot of guys without empathy but than there are always some people out there who want to make sure that the prostitutes are not abused but can actually keep the money they are earning.

I doubt that you will find many 24 markets in Germany. I know of a couple in Berlin and maybe other big cities will have one or two but generally that sort of thing has not caught on here like N. America. I think most big city main rail stations will have a market that is open late. 23:00 or 24:00 but that is about it.

While we are on the topic. Is there even such a thing as a 24 hour supermarket? Seems all of them open up until 2200 and closes for Sunday.

There's smaller shops at the airports and main train stations which are open on Sundays. The REWE City at FFM airport / Fernbahnhof (The Squaire) is open 7 days a week from 5am to 1am.
