Novice studies
After making my debut in a FKK some 10 days ago, in Artemis, I'm getting interested into them and planning to visit some others. I wrote in my post that I found "boring" to stay a long time there, especially if one is alone. I thought more or less FKK were all the same. After a bit of studying about the NRW area, I can change my statement: "boring" applies to Artemis, which, as to my knowledges of the moment, is different, maybe because in its area it has no competitors in its business (I don't think la-folie can be taken into account). In NRW I'm reading about tv, live events and, most important, wi-fi! I may go to Living Room in Kaarst or Dolce Vita in Dusseldorf and report Live! Got to do it! Also, no sky rocket prices down there: forget entrance 80, CIM 50, 30mins sessions 60euros and along like that. So, why this difference? What is escaping me?

You are assuming your particular provider even cares about STDs to begin with. She might just have every STD known to science and she is offering BBFS since she's got no downside in offering it.

Kommodore is correct. I expect you will have a rental car even if you are in the area for work. It is better to invest the extra drive to head to Paradise or Sakura in the Stuttgut area or drive up the A5 to Frankfurt for Sharks, Mainhattan or Palace or further up the road to Oase or World.
Even locals from the Heidelberg area go to the Frankfurt clubs as the better choice, just like you see Swiss licence plate cars and Luxembourg car licence plates in the FKK car parks.

Even if they are tested monthly there is a time lag between initial infection and showing up positive in tests (as Trans Atlantic has said). You need to live with the risk and consequences. The odds are against you having picked up anything. The issue is whether you are a gambling man or not. Don't panic. I may try these other clubs you mentioned as these would be places I may visit for only a few hours after work on work nights. Are they lineups comparable to the frankfurt clubs or much worse? What about English here? Although my german is improving to the point where I can now convey most basic thoughts, albeit clumsily. Last question, are the session and extras similar to hessen clubs? Should probably re test 6 weeks and again in 3 months afterwards (HIV). Many viral STDs will false negative if tested too early.

However as Heidelberg is roughly half way between Frankfurt and Stuttgart, I think that I would be heading to clubs in (or around) either of these two larger metropolis', rather than hanging around Heidelberg.
