The spac sponsor, after having raised the money and then disclosing he intends to purchase an FKK will have a revolt on his hand. There are clauses which enable investors to pull out and the spac sponsor's reputation is ruined.

I mentioned Playboy and SPACs in a previous post, and this morning I see that Playboy is coming back to stock market again, through a SPAC in fact.

The following is from WSJ:
