I have observed that Europeans in general have more relaxed / less "uptight" attitudes toward sex, and that Germany (and Switzerland and Austria) are quite accepting of prostitution. I agree this is a serious problem today, will be even bigger problem in future. And top of them, gays and lesbians are not producing babies; so more people turns to be homosexuals, less the population counts in the future generations.

I have a simple solution though: Makes condoms illegal for healthy adults. We all will get a "healthy" card from the doctors (like the WGs get in Austria), and cops can random check the cards.
