I'm not sure about setting up a mailing address somewhere. Perhaps make a reservation at a be&be and have it deliver the week prior would be easier and cheaper. Yes and no.

Some months ago I went to the airport medical service to get a prescription while waiting for my flight to Istambul. I told them I was not sure to be able to get the med in Turkey. Then I cashed in the prescription at the airport pharmacy. Had I asked them to add Sildenafil to the prescription I have no doubt they would have done so. For instance you need aciclovir to suppress some recurring mouth sores and ask for generic Sildenafil as well. No idea whether you can do this after an incoming flight though.

Then I found JCM Pharmacy (http://jcmrx.es/) . And they are excellent. I would say the quality of the products are about the same, as looks like they both use the same sources. Just an observation when you do your research but I also got about a year ago also at this same ritzy location a pill from a Swedish man. I notice just about all generics seem to be oval shaped like Phizer makes or close to it with a line in the center to break in half exactly.
