Diversity. The last few years has been a diversity catastrophe in the FKK scene. If the girls are all of one nationality, they are all going to collude, and it is going to be hard for more exotic and independent girls to gain a foothold.

The only ones beating down the doors of the FKK clubs looking for work are the RO girls. The non-RO WGs seem to be on average a decade older. Some posit that increasing "official rates" or abolishing 50 EUR /30 min rate, would increase more diversity. But if they increased the rates, I think that would lead to reduced customer traffic. Or perhaps the same customer traffic, but men taking fewer sessions.

Salaam Pistons. "High Turnover" implies gain as well as loss. I'm assuming that an FKK will beef up its recruiting efforts to compensate for the girls it loses. And yes, obviously it wants to keep the top girls. I'm concerned about all the "filler girls" who stick around for years and appear to be there just to pad the numbers. If they aren't doing business, all they will be doing is gossiping and hurting the attitude of those who are.

At Wellcum now I fear the high turnover is posing dangerous threats to the club. Lineup was extremely strong last summer and until this spring. But from what I understand now, the number of top lookers and top performers have more than halved.

And the management just kicked out several girls, at least one of them being a 10/10 girl. Unbelievable. (I don't know which other girls got kicked out, but I noticed one more top girl was gone a week after when the lineup was updated too).

Maybe they though some of these girls were bad apples, but the one girl I know got kicked out was a star and definitely not a bad apple.

And those are the girls who are very good in the room, and have top optics. Sometimes causing jealousy or rivalry with other girls. Spurring the invention of girl imposed restrictive rules once other girls sniffs it out. And these are things management has a very hard time to take a note of. And the information management can get might just as well be fake.

Hamdulillah, Pistons! So true. This is why it is not usually a good thing if you enter an FKK and the girls are talking to each other more than they are talking to the customers. The problem is that whenever girls get together in a group it is the worst girls who predominate, not the best, and then the whole group will be held to a single mediocre standard and the customers will be seen as the "other side" or even as intruders in the shared house of the girls. I've been seeing this in some smaller FKKs lately, and it is a deadly atmosphere if the management allows it.

So the key factor for FKK success is that the girls be *independent*. The management doesn't necessarily have to insist that all girls give good service like Globe tries to. All it has to do is ensure that girls can give good service *if they want to* -- and then sit back and let natural market logic take over. The best girls will triumph if they are allowed to.

What can be done to encourage independence?

1. High Turnover. This is one FKK management have trouble accepting. They are always trying to minimize the number of girls leaving. But from a customer perspective it is terrible if the same girls hang around for years and become jaded and entitled and see they can get away with poor service and then encourage new girls to act the same way. We observe that the better clubs are clubs where there are always new faces, doing their own thing.

2. The girls should be genuine freelancers, not on any salary scheme. In many FKKs I have a hard time believing that the girls are real freelancers because many are not getting any customers (nor seem motivated to) and could not survive if their income was results-based.

These things should be obvious to FKK management but mostly they don't seem to give a damn, and are content to subsist on just a few customers and blame reduced business on "increased competition" and "market saturation" and other total BS.

I think that in the FKK clubs in Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and Austria as an integrated region where Romanian WGs dominate and their half-hour and one-hour rates are 50 euro or more, How good the optics of top 20% WGs in a club is irrelevant to how high the WG's half-hour and one-hour rates in that club are. How good the optics of top 20% WGs in a club is mainly determined by how much freedom and discretion in terms of the level of their service to mongers under the club rule and management the WGs have. More freedom and discretion of the level of their service to mongers the WGs in a club have, higher optics of its top 20% WGs that club usually has..

Well written, and I agree to a large amount.

But there are additional criterias also influencing the amounts of top optics. Such as prices, size of local population and amount of tourists in the area. In addition to this comes in-house rivalry between girls or groups of girls. Good food, new facilities, enough rooms and management who are nice to them (all sorts of things) also afflicts this number.

Most clubs I have been to seems to have a story of their own, so finding a standard rule for all of this gets very tricky. But good clubs to analyze is Oase / Sharks (upselling game / number of girl / tourists), the two NL clubs of YY / SS (optics / service), Wellcum / Marina / GT Vienna (location is a key trigger here), and in nrw it all just floats together in one chaotic mess due to high competition. But it is perhaps the most important region if you have enough data on it. But here on ISG you won't find that with any poster, and you would need to spend alot of time there.

And in the end, no matter which club you go to, only a short handfull of them are satisfied with their own income. And those are the girls who are very good in the room, and have top optics. I agree with this 100%. Also for me, it would be a waste to go to Switzerland in search of the best service too since I already normally get great service to my satisfaction in "Germongery", and at superior pricing. I have said this before though, and will say it again. I did have the best BBBJ / CIM service in my life at Club Globe. But here's the thing. The girl was from Brazil, and for me, her talents said more about my favorite mongering destination of Brazil than it did anything about superior service at Globe. Her skills served only to further solidify my view that Brazil is the top mongering destination of them all!

Globe is good for BBBJ DFK DATY session, but for Dr Anal LOL, it will be too pricey and not worth it. Also for CIM lovers, it will be more pricey and not worth it.

For full 30 min is 30 min session, Globe is worth flying in for one night stay two full day session if flight is reasonable price.

Look at Palace or Artemis they charge similar to Globe now and service is still not secured to be delivered and it is real annoying to negotiate etc.

Duss is only hope now.
