After reading DJ's review, I wanted to check out RC myself. Somehow the stars aligned today to let me get away from family duties. Took the MRT to the Kaohsiung main station, walked to the casino building and took the elevator to 6 F. Was immediately greeted by a late 20's guy. He asked me I had a girl in mind. Rating. Crappy facilities but effing amazing massage.

This is a very clean and professional place with very good AC (it was pretty warm and muggy. Though my Taiwanese contacts said that it really got much warmer and more humid). Right across the street from Green House and towards the Zhong Shan Road side is a Thai massage parlor that offers extra services for tips. I did not know this beforehand as I went in just for a straight up massage, but was pleasantly surprised by how things worked there. It's a good alternative to try out if you need a legit massage but also want to unload at the end. Google Street Maps picture attached below. It's the building with the red banner right behind the taxi.

The advertised price is 1000 for 2 hours of full body massage, including all the oils. When you walk in, just say you're here for a massage, and they will first tell you to sit in a chair and soak your feet in hot water. This is when they arrange a girl to massage you. The girls were all pretty decent. All Thai or Vietnamese, mid-20s to early 30s, dressed to bring out their curves. They don't tell you, but you can actually pick out a girl you like beforehand. But if you wait until a girl is assigned to you, then it might not be that great to change because this isn't a straight up P4P MP. As for language skills, it varies from girl to girl. Most of them seem to speak conversational Chinese and basic English.

After you soak your feet, the girl will lead you upstairs to a curtained room and ask you to change into a robe and shorts before beginning the massage. The massage is quite good, as you would expect from a legit massage. The girls also keep their clothes on at all times but I've found them to be quite flirty. Halfway through the massage, she started to "accidentally" do things like rub my nipples or go up so high during the thigh massage that she brushes up on my sack and sometimes even the Little General himself.
