Some time ago, I got boils in my groin area due to catching a germ from a towel at Ratne place on Adams Avenue. It is not an STD. See your doctor (preferably a skin specialist), he will give you an antibiotic cream.

Its very very unlikely to be a STD on what your describing Nit watchmen. I know these things get all of us freaked out. Myself included. You must see a doctor and I am sure he will prescribe you an antibiotic cream or give you some tablets. Its great you used a condom. Always do!
