They usually don't ask for any ID if you look old enough and yes it is usually recommended arriving to the hotel before the escort, also sometimes the escorts ask you for a photo of the key of the room before they travel to the hotel this is because is really common that between escorts that are competing they schedule a date without having any no desire to take the appointment, so the other escort lose time and possible clients.
