Schwab: Life lesson. If you happen to lose your card they will replace it and their CS is awesome. Only caveat is to make sure you give clear instructions. Took 9 days to finally get my replacement, day before I left. If you are international, talk to an agent, then follow up with an email and reference the agent and give clear directions on where to send to. First card reissued was to my home address. Had to wait 2 business days for it to arrive. Reason? They cannot confirm until after the label is printed on the package to deliver or delivered. So 3 days it arrived at my HOME address. Called and had that cancelled and reissued. Had to wait 2 business days to clear Mexican customs, it arrived late Friday evening. So didn't get it till day before I leave. Also, make sure you wait and tell the front desk you are expecting a package. I walked to a nearby Starbucks was gone maybe 15 minutes and it arrived only to be told they couldn't accept the package because I am not the owner of unit so they didn't know who I was. SMH.
