I think the best city overall for the hobby itself is Guadalajara. It has all that you mention above. It is also an interesting tourist destination with great food, shopping and cultural activities. Some of my favorite escorts are there and at a little better prices than in CDMX. You don't need Facebook, Twitter or anything else if you can read Spanish or use Google Translate. Thanks, AquaWatt, for your excellent tutorial. I have but little to add:

- The Hotel Amazonas allows more than the first girl but you do have to pay an "additional person" fee. I don't recall the amount but it isn't much.

- In addition to TinEye or Google Image search I do a search on the girl's phone number. You may find that number used with many names and with ads in many other cities, even published on the same day.

- You are dead on about the price point jump to professional photos and fake photos at above $1500 and can mean the page is maintained by an agency. A mix of photos she paid for and her own selfies is reassuring.

- Some Twitter pages are maintained by agencies and you won't know unless you ask the girl. If you want to see her again, ask her if she would prefer your next call at a different number, perhaps by her different name.

- I avoid those girls that are TGTBT, too good to be true. I look for photos taken in hotel rooms, where most independents take their selfies, and even better in hotel rooms that I recognize.

Here comes a tutorial on how I learned to use Twitter and Whatsapp because they're the social media all the escorts in CDMX use.

On this forum there seem to be others who don't live in CDMX. I've made the trip into Mexico City as a mongering break several times and had a hell of a time setting up dates with flaky chickas in the limited time I had before I had to leave town.

This has turned out to work the best so far. I learned scheduling days ahead was a waste of time and focused on Twitter for the next trip. I just started watching Twitter during the bus ride and used WhatsApp to text a chica who just Tweeted. Doing that I got something setup before I checked into my hotel.

I've noticed some patterns to the activity on Twitter that fall into some categories of escorts. I wonder if other hobbyist have discerned this also or if it's just my imagination.

First, almost all the girls talked about on this forum hide their face in their pictures posted on Twitter. And those pictures are mostly low-quality closeups of this body part or that snapped with a cheap cell phone. These girls tend to have some or a lot of tattoos. When you contact those escorts by Whatsapp a lot of them are in the $1000-1500/ HR range and some are flexible on anal or BBBJ, sometimes for extra cost. These are the girls who most often mention promos.

Second, there seems to be a price point about $1500 where the girls switch over to pictures showing their smiling faces and their full-length bikini-clad or lingerie-clad bodies. Almost all of these are fakes! That's because a lot of the pictures aren't really the girl who shows up. Some of the pictures these girls post are shot with professional lighting and cameras along with a little Photoshopping. I'm trained is this area and it amuses me to see shots of girls extending an arm toward the expensive camera pretending that they're using a phone. Most of these escorts don't have visible tattoos. The escorts in this price range are lockstep on price, no BBBJ and almost no anal. It feels almost like they're being coordinated by an agency but maybe not.

Learn how to use TinEye and Google Image Search on those pictures the chicas post on Twitter. RTFM! And don't be suprised when you find out that smoking hot Mexicana goddess on Twitter is really using photos stolen off the Facebook page of some Brazilian super model. Mirror selfies give away some some girls fake pictures. If a girl Tweets pictures of her holding 3 different phones held in front of her face that's probably 3 different girls. Some putas on Twitter are real crooks.

Almost all escorts want to use Whatsapp after you found their number on Twitter. Some things to know about that is that you should get a Mexico City chip for your phone. Some girls are shy about responding to strange phone numbers. Whatsapp is neat because of those check marks. One grey tick means your message got sent but hasn't been received yet. Two grey ticks means your message was received by the girl but not read. Two blue ticks means she read your message. You can also see the last time your girl was online I think the privacy settings on the phone can turn off all of this.

When inquiring about available services I think it's okay to ask about anything but if the girl says no that means no. A gray area is BBBJ because if you ask if this is on the menu sometimes the answer is "extra cost" but more often the answer is "depending on hygiene". MiamiBoy1 if you can't find any action on Twitter in three weeks in CDMX you're doing something really wrong. All my fault really. The trip had been scheduled since last year and I didn't want to bail out. Even when they're takeout the tacos el pastor in CDMX are better than in NYC.

The Centra2 is the only love hotel I know in Centro and is okay by me. The rooms are just big enough for the bed. No table no chair and barely enough room to walk around the bed. It smelled like bleach so I think their health and safety measures are up to snuff. I can't say the same for Amazonias or Mexicali because there have been times they smelled like they could use a little bleach.

I was glad to report there were no restrictions on movement due to the quarantine. I'm glad to have street cabs and hotels that take cash so I don't make a reservation with my real name on it. Don't think I can use Uber on my MX burner phone without giving a credit card. I'm not in a position to have mongering on my permanent record. I'd like to hear how other mongers are handling that.

I would advice anyone coming to cdmx to avoid the Centra2, I personally haven't been, and the reviews for cleanliness and the pictures of the rooms make it look OK.

However it either never closed, or reopened about a month into the pandemic. Such an irresponsible action makes me almost sure they're not taking the appropriate measures for health and safety going forward.

Thanks for the info AldousM. Unlucky for me I got to town ahead of your post. This visit to CDMX was mostly a Wuhnan virus clusterfuck. Getting through the airport it was a problem that my passport had a valid visa for China so it took damn near an hour them to figure the entry exit stamps showed I hadn't used it since 2015. Customs people were super nice though. They wanted to know where I was staying and I showed them the email from my friend inviting me to stay with him and they took down the address. Got a taxi out of there to Tlalpan and tried to check into Harare but they wouldn't let me stay overnight. The taxi driver already had that figured and was still waiting when I came out. Tried a couple other Tlalpan hotels but no luck. Taxi driver took me to a nice enough place in the far north of town just across the CDMX city limits. Place called Tenayuca. Its a dead zone but a little shopping mall and grocery store next door so I didn't starve. Flight from NY plus that adventure blew my whole first day.

Being at the office in centro took up the next couple of days. Day 3 a girl going by the name of Lily was recommended by my bud but she flaked. I spent 3 hours sitting at Centra2 waiting on her and on Whatsap trying to line up some other action but couldn't make it work. I was worried about police checkpoints and having to explain what I was doing in Mexico but I never saw one and the police I saw were friendly enough. No restrictions on movement and none of this why aren't you staying at home shit like in NYC. This wasn't a good time to visit CDMX but at least there weren't any riots like here in the states. I'll get back to CDMX again next year or sooner.
