Many NRW locals are a bit more optimistic. Current rules expire Aug 19. Nobody really knows what the new rules will be, but after speaking with locals and people working at clubs such as barmaids, security, receptionists and so on, it is expected that new rules will allow all sex venues to reopen within a week or two. If not, then everybody thinks the courts will get busy and places will reopen following the decisions in courts. One more thing is German bureaucracy is incredibly strong and slow, so most people do not expect instant changes, but by mid-September it should clear how sex work landscape shapes up in NRW through the end of 2021.

I personally think situation in Germany will be fine for Germans but for US mongers like myself the future is very dark. As you know US is already a renowned risk area for entry to Germany. We US mongers are in deep shit as it comes to international travel. I had a wonderful time so far in my past 3 weeks but soon I have to return home.
