Bus 757 comes at 30 minute intervals, and the last time I took it, it only came about 20 minutes after the arrival of the S bahn. The bus then takes ages to plough through the town, and then there is the long walk to get to HP.
After that experience, I switched on a few occasions to taking a taxi from Ratingen Ost. However, 2 weeks ago, I concluded that taking a taxi from Dusseldorf itself (€27) would be more worthwhile as it saves me more than an hour each way and time for me is precious as I do not reside on Germany.

thanks for this information. i'm a regular user of pubic transports (blue note was easy to go) , but panthera unfortunately is more than far away taking the bus from duesseldorf hbf. considering that i take the highspeed train from frankfurt (sometimes not more than 85 minutes ride) , the final run (12 kilometers?) is very time expensive. but in order to see my former blue note favourites (ewa, melodie / laura, marina e. g.) it was worth doing so four weeks ago.

A mix of young and old with a light advantage for the youth. Entry is 50 Euro + 10 Euro for the locker key (you will get them back at the end when you return the key). Session is 40 Euro for 30 min.

I can confirm JayJay's pricing. In case you are not aware, you pay the girls after the session. The old system was you pay the theke when you leave.

Taxi from Ratingen Ost to HP cost 11€ last year. Together with the S6 train fare of 5. 10€ from Dusseldorf to Ratingen, it would be about €10 cheaper than catching a taxi direct from Dusseldorf. I have concluded this year that paying €10 more is worth the 30 minutes saved.

And yes, on previous occasions, there were always 2-3 taxis at the Ratingen station.

I am staying near Dusseldorf HBF so going to airport and several buses did not seem a great way to go. Once in Dusseldorf I can check if bus 754 does go to Annastrasse. Also will Haus Panthera get me a taxi if needed?

You can also trying going to the airport and catching a taxi from there to the club. The club will call for a taxi anytime you want.
