Based myself in Dusseldorf this trip (with my Asian GF). That was a mistake as Dusseldorf is a rather ugly and empty city (in my humble opinion). Frankfurt had more to offer, and smaller towns like bochum have even better Christmas markets. Felt this Christmas market was pretty lame. No party.

The only upside to Dusseldorf is old town. Like a zillion bars packed into a few streets. Most were beer halls, pubs and sports bar, but found one dive that was dirty enough to handle. Ludelland problems with their unfriendly wg manager, Ludelland totally sucks.

They do not listen the customers version of the fact but, only want the payment.

They want the payment does not matter if the WG tries to cheat every customer with her poor tricks.
