What does a RTC mean?

Budgeted 9 days to visit the AO clubs, and actually ended up only going twice. Just feeling generally lazy, and old these days.

Based myself in Mainz, 30 min west of Frankfurt. You get much better value for hotels, and some first rate offerings. Tho no fooling around in that town from what I saw.

Dietzenbach.

First AO club ever visited in Germany, (years ago when public sex was still cool). Have to say this trip sucked. The lineup was not great (and I'm not that picky). Anna was the highlight, but once you've hit that 8 x every year for the last 5+ years it's kind of uninspiring. Usually there's some cute girls-next-door types in here, but not this time. Typically stay in Dusseldorf and make my way each day to the different NWR clubs (as have GF in tow). This time I was just plain stupid, and thought. Fuck. I'll just commute from Mainz / Frankfurt. Never will do this again.

I booked the train last min and paid over 100 euro RT from Frankfurt. Left at 5:45 am to catch my 6:45 am train to Gelsenkirchen. Got there, took the tram to the Zoo and walked to the house by 11:30 am or so as trains were late. When I left (more on that later). Had booked a 7:45 pm train back to Mainz. It was delayed, delayed again, etc. Ended up walking through the hotel door at 1:20 am. Almost 24 HR awake to visit Grimberg which is only 3.5 HR away. Doh!

Along with standing outside in cold platform for hours. Hard to explain to GF how I could be 'at work' until 1 am. (sigh).

Grimberg was actually pretty great this trip. Lots of girls - 14+? Not too many sausages, the back patio was open and nice to lay in the winter sun and heat up only to get chilled by nice breeze when sun went behind the clouds. I guess Covid meant that people weren't coming into the area, the cool places shut down, business men weren't commuting through the station and travelers stopped coming and hotels shut.

Essentially the entire area by RLD and station was taken over by zombies. We would regularly walk out and see groups of people cooking their crack and shooting heroin. Maybe hundreds of addicts everywhere. Along with recent immigrants. I always stay in Hbf area for ease of commute to clubs. But next time (if there is one) will stay near Römerberg.

Dr. Muller Kino is now closed upstairs. Permanently so says the bored manager in the back that didn't even bother to make eye contact. A lot of good cafes and restaurants have done the same.

In general the people I talked to in Germany were a bit more severe (unkind) than normal. Not sure where this comes from.

Was an eleven day stay for 10 shags worth it? Well, obviously not. But that problem was more mine than the clubs.

Recently went to Villa Venus just outside Stuttgart. Overall good experience, although my error was going too early in the day.

I got the train from HBF to Fellbach, from here its a short walk to VV, its sat on an industrial estate and first impressions of the building aren't great, but I committed and went in with low expectations.

40 Eur to get in but given a 10 Eur voucher for next visit. Club itself is pretty good, it was clean, facilities were decent and well maintained.

I was there for about 2 pm in the afternoon, and when I arrived I was the only guy there and 4-5 girls, and they couldn't wait to start the hustle, with one really cute Romanian girl all over me before I'd even got to the changing rooms.
