Nowadays it is far cheaper to book a hotel by phone than by booking.com. When you call the hotels they are very strict with the covid measures and you need to have a negative test but in fact when you check in nobody ask you any test. I guess it will be the same for the FKK, take a test with you from Lidl or Roossman cost around 1 or 2 euro so in case you are on the safe side.
