Last weekend visited Rauls Rose Garden and the place is in full swing. There is something for everyone. From small to large, young to old. no hair to grey hair.

a canadian man arrested after more than a thousand photographs of nude belizean women were found in his home has been charged in cayo's magistrate’s court. police tell news 5 fifty-one year old arthur wager pled guilty to possession of obscene objects and was fined eight hundred dollars. we understand that his computer has been confirep001ed by the government of belize and the pictures found on the machine, on diskettes and on paper were ordered to be destroyed. wager was arrested after police searched his home on george price avenue and found the explicit material, including pictures of allegedly **** girls. it is believed that the women were paid one hundred and fifty dollars to pose nude. wager was back in court this morning to answer to the charge of trafficking in persons. he pled not guilty and was granted bail in the amount of two thousand dollars plus one surety. wager is to reappear in court on march first.

cayo police have detained a fifty-one year old canadian man after over a thousand photographs of nude belizean women including allegedly **** girls, were found on the suspect's computer, diskettes, dvd's and paper. authorities say they will not release the man's name until he is formally charged, saying only that he has been living in the country for a number of years. police say, based on their investigation, they believe the pictures were intended for sale and in most cases the women pictured were paid. according to sources in the nation's capital, many of the photos are of students attending the university of belize in belmopan. police say they have been interviewing a number of the women, who have reported that they allowed their pictures to be taken because they needed the money. average paycheck: one hundred and fifty dollars. authorities say the suspect will soon be charged with the crime of trafficking in persons. whether this recently legislated offence can be made to fit the circumstances in this case remains to be proven in court.

We get many girls from the clubs here and they are really pretty coming from all over Central America. There also is Rose Garden and Almond Hill.

There isn't really any action in the port area. The closest regular action is at Raul's Rose Garden. It's on the road between Belize City and the international airport. All the taxi driver's know where it is. However, like most of the joints in Belize it is usually open only Thursday through Saturday evening.

Another place you can check out not too far from Belize City is Almond Hill/Obsession. It's on the Western Highway outside of town. Same hours as Raul's.

I am heading down to Belize this week and hope to provide a report.

I do know that these places are open:

1. Raul's - on the Northern Highway between the aiport and Belize City.

2. Obsessions - on the Western Highway, around mile marker 11.

3. White Swan - On the Hummingbird Highway, near the junction of the Southern Highway.

4. Not sure the name but there is a place just north of Punta Gorda on the road between PG and the Southern Highway junction.

The club "Caracol" (not to be confused with the fantastic Mayan ruin of the same name) in the Cayo District, has been closed. At this time I am not aware of any major joints in the San Ignacio area. There are two small joints near the Aguada Hotel, but the chicas we saw were, for the most part, not too hot.

Most people in the area go over the Guatemalan border to Melchor De Mencos, which is only a few miles away. There are about ten clubs over there. There is a report or two in the Guatemalan section of WSG in the "other areas" section.

I was passing thru Belize City for a couple nights and figured I would check out the P4P scene.

After talking with a cab driver I befriended and hitting the WET LIZARD, a local watering hole. I was told the best place to go was called the ROSE GARDEN.

First of all, the cabs from the hotels down town want about $50 round trip from this place. it's about 10 miles each way. The cabbie I made friends with gave me a deal for $30 round trip. I felt like an idiot but figured I gotta give this place a shot, so off we went.

Let me say, it was a Thursday night, and when I walked in I was stunned at the lack of enthusiasm or beauty of the chicas. Mostly girls from Hondoras and Guatemala and a few Salvadorians and Dominicans.

There was a couple fat Hondoranian chicas who were kind of nice to me but definitely not worth a trip to the "love rooms".

Finally, a semi-good looking Guatemalan chica came from the back and I smiled at her and we made friends. On normal standards she would get a genorous 7 rating, in this place she was a 9. Exotic face, only a little fat, and she was friendly.

We went back to the room and damn, filthy and moldy and I really just wanted to say never mind. But being the horny guy I am, we put new sheets on the bed and did our thing. I basically just wanted to screw, bust a nut and RUN! That's basically what I did.

By the way the service for her was $20 for 30 minutes, less than the cab ride.

I have been mongering for years from Mexico to Venezuela and every country in between. I live in Medellin, Colombia now (oh how I miss it there) and this place rates with the crappiest places I've ever been, especially the attitude of the chicas. I've seen some hot and stuck up chicas before, these chicas, fugly and stuck up! Doesn't compute.

I was told later by my cabbie buddy that the British soldiers come in frequently and the chicas are used to guys falling all over them after they come in from the field. These Brits must really be hard up.

Anyway, on to night two in Belize City. I knew for sure I would not go back to that shit hole from the previous night so I hooked up with some local Belize friends I had met and went down town Belize to party, which isn't much but there are places to meet chicas.

Overall, I had a much better night just meeting and talking with local girls I met in various clubs, both Belize girls and the latina transplants from surrounding countries.

Some of these Belize chicas are dark skinned beauties and quite friendly, they generally like Americans and would love to find a boy friend. Very easy to approach. Much better time than the local PFP house which is supposed to be the best place.

Bottom line: If you're looking for P4P, go to another destination. It's definitely not worth a visit if that's what you're looking for, in Belize city anyway, I don't know about the rest of the country.

I was passing through Belize City about a month ago and got to chattin' with a taxi driver. He told me that both Almond Hill and the Rose Garden are both open and functioning. Whatever raids there may have been were due to searches by immigration for girls working without a permit.

I asked about the differences between the two establishments. He said that if you want a quick lay onsite in a non-air conditioned room at reasonable cost (the impression he gave me was from 80-120 Belizean dollars) and a no nonsense pick-your girl-and-do-your-thang operation, then the Rose Garden is your place. On the other hand, for a more upscale strip club environment, Almond Hill is it. Though supposedly there aren't any on-site rooms, so I believe that you'll have to pay to take your girl out and you are going to pay more (not sure how much).

Just because I was curious, I also asked him if prostitution is officially legal. Indeed he said it is. He also agreed that most of the girls are from Honduras, Guatemala, and other central american countries.

I spent a week or so in Belize a bit over a year ago. Had a GF at hoem at the time and did no mongering but there are a few important points I can mention that have not really been clarified in the previous posts.

1) Gorgeous native Belizian girls of the type you may have seen or met in the US are in short supply in Belize. The real lookers who are there aren't likely to be working as service providers - they can get "regular" jobs or emigrate to places where the economy is better.

2) Most of the working girls will be Guatemalan or Honduran but you'll pay more than you would in either of those two countries.

3) Belize itself is a wonderful country with great scenery, lots of cool activities available (scuba, caving, hungle tours, Mayan ruins etc) and friendly people but Belize City is unlike the rest of the country. It is a VERY tough place and known for a high level of violent crime, most of it attributable to the combination of poverty and crack cocaine. I researched heavily for my trip and found that even the most savvy and experienced Central American travelers advise that gringos should stay in after dark. It's okay to drink at the hotel bar or even visit a brothel in the evening provided you have a guaranteed cab ride there and back but caveat emptor if you venture into local joints at night and try to do business with a local gal. I'm plenty brave and adventurous when it comes to travel but a cab ride from the bus station to my guest house left me feeling plenty uneasy about BC at night.
