just wanted to give everyone an update on the situation in belize. i am in the country frequently on business and follow events closely.

there have been some events recently that have shaken up the scene in belize. earlier this year, the government passed an anti-[CodeWord908] law.

just three weeks ago the police raided all known brothels in the country and arrested a number of owners. raul of raul's rose garden was arrested as was the owner of obsession. they were released on bail and have court dates pending as i write this.

many of the joints around the country are currently short staffed now, as many of the girls working had been **** chicks from guatemala and honduras.

the sitauation has created a boon for business (and cheap prices!) over the border in guatemala in the town of melchor de mencos. one can walk across the border from san ignacio, belize, and take a taxi to downtown (five minutes). there are loads of joints with lovely young girls.

There is another club that is called Obsessions. The women that work here are more upscale (looks 8-9) and it cost more than Raouls Rose garden. This place would be considered a better strip bar than brothel.

I went to Belize in March 2003 and the picking are slim at this Central American country. Roauls is still there but you should know that you should brush up on your Spanish because most of the girls there are not from Belize and they do not speak English. $80 Belizean got you 35 minutes in the back room with a nice (around 7 face 8 body) Honduran girl.

Report on Belize

A few update notes on this promising country:
As is well documented the Raoul Roses Garden is still going strong near the airport. Prices cheap and quality follows. A group of 10 - 15 unmotivated girls (18 y.o. to 20 y.o.), mainly from neighboring Honduras (some Guatemalan too), stay in line by the wall waiting for a signal from the customers (very little pressure here). Meanwhile they chat and mind their own business in a way that resembles more to a group of public employees in Latin America than a pleasure-seeking salesforce.
The looks range from 4 to 6 with an occasional 7 (depending on your taste). The rates are US 30 to 40 to "exit" (to the girl’s room in the back of premises) for a 30 minutes round, that can be extended. There is a low quality dance show and drinks are not overpriced. The place is poorly appointed, but the AC works in the bar area, and the rooms are clean (but not AC´ned or bathroom).
The taxi fare is always about US 20 R/T
The real thing happens to be in a place called Almond Hill Obsession, an upscale version of Raoul´s located in the way to Belmopan. The taxi can charge a little higher (US 30 can be a normal rate for R/T or more if you go and come back in different taxis). The dance is much better and the group of providers show a slightly but noticeable better average (perhaps in the 5-7 range, with occasional 8´s and 9´s) but much better attitudes and presentation. The same source (Honduras, Guatemala) and ages (18-21). Prices are much higher (US 90 paid to the house, plus a few drinks) to leave and the option in that area is a nearby hotel that can charge about US20 for a while. The use of the own hotel is definitely an option, but should be explored in advance with the hotel and with the girl for a few reasons: some hotels are no explicitly guest friendly, or will charge double room; many girls don’t want to present their documents to the Hotel desk, because they are illegal aliens; also they would ask for additional money (50? 80?) for the "opportunity costs" of loosing potential clients. (It’s clearly a seller’s market there).
Both Raoul and Obsession are not open from Sundays to Wednesdays. A good tip is to find a girl that you feel congenial, pay once regular performance, and try to invite her to one of the wonderful many places this country has, during her "idle" days (Mon-Wed). They love this possibility, because they are girls from small towns and virtually confined to that enclave in the middle of the Country. A plane flight and a night in San Pedro can be something no girl would resist, and surely will no charge anything for going with you.
A few more options include a few places in downtown Belize (one is called "Heaven") with semi pros (Belizeans ) that have drinks, dance and can hopefully agree with you an extra service for a 100 bill (no personal experience in this, just references). Language with girls is mostly Spanish, but repeated exposure to English is beginning to have some effect. All in all, the country has so many possibilities to travel and discover that hobbying should be considered a "side order", not very good, not very cheap, but can complement the other attractions.

There is another bar where some locals can be found -- called Queens. Not as good as Roses.

What ever the cost, avoid Radisson Fort George Hotel. They are not 'girl friendly' and demand that you pay an extra rate, etc. Stay at the Princess Hotel and Casino. Better rates, location and service

Club Roses has good rates... the girls have their own rooms, so for a short action you can stay there. Not the best rooms. The bathrooms smell. You can pay US$20-25 for this. I actually had a El Salvadoran girl give me BBBJ and she swallowed.

You can take a girl for a full night to the hotel. I had a Dominican for approx $100 /night. Not bad! 7/10

HERE IS THE SCORE ON THE ACTION IN BELIZE

1. The only brothel I found was Club Roses, which is about 15 minutes from the airport (depending on the traffic). If you go here, I strongly recommend insect repellent. The brothel is right across the street from the river which has mosquitos all year round. Please trust me on this one.

2. The working girls ARE NOT FROM BELIZE! All working girls are from the Dominican Republic (about 70%), El Salvador (20%), and at best, 10% from Honduras. If you wish to screw a chick from Belize, IT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT BALL GAME (which I will explain later).

3. All nighters are $75 to $100 (depending on what day and season it is). Winter months are more expensive (traveling season). The girls range honestly from a 5 to 8 1/2. I never regrettably saw anything higher.

4. The girls live there at the club (the little apartmernts) are in the back. A "house" lay ranges from $20 to $35. The beds there and apartments are very small. Go for the all nighter. Remember, this route, the chicks ARE NOT BELIZEAN, and don't speak English either.

5. Belizean chicks are black with a Belizean accent. The English is very difficult to understand. There are some great looking ones with long hair and bubble butts. Belizean chicks are lousy when it comes to oral sex.

6. If you want a Belizean chick, you must get one through a cabbie. This sucks because you can't see her first. THERE IS NO BROTHEL IN BELIZE WITH BELIZEAN CHICKS. Be VERY descriptive what you want (height, hair, weight, everything).

7. The cabbie brought me back a 9.5! Damn, she looked like a cross between Janet Jackson and the late Aaliyah. All night for 300 Belizean dollars ($150 US). Wow! She was insane after I fed her 4 beers. It was worth the $150 just to say I did a chick from Belize. You got to do this once. NICE HOOTERS TOO INDEED!

8. Every other night was Club Roses (Spanish is a MAJOR plus here).

9. Personally, El Salvador and Panama are MUCH BETTER!
